Looking forward to Part 2. I upgraded my Sea Ray's electronics from Raymarine to Garmin. We kept the Raymarine autopilot but I can't get it to follow a course. It will follow just going direct to a waypoint but will not follow say Auto Routing.

Strange. I've got all Garmin on my boat. And I thought about getting the Raymarine set up. But I wanted to keep all the branding the same.

For Garmin auto route to work it must be garmin to garmin.Your raymarine will follow a manually created course if networked in either 0183 or N2K

@@Mark-rg2mp I am pretty sure it is 0183. When I purchased the chartplotter they told me it would work with the Raymarine Autopilot because they spoke the same language. That is why I kept it. Darn.
