I swear everytime you put out one of these penny videos I always seem to find a real nice one like days before you post it.

I'm from the school of "hard work is rewarded with satisfaction". Finding these errors is mostly luck, which is why I hunt varieties. A process I learned from some dude on KZread named Blue Mountain Hot Dog or something like that😂😂 Great vid Shaun! 👍👍👍

As these varieties can demand some good money, the cost of submission does not warrant a common collector the time and effort it takes to get them graded. Thx for showing us.

Shaun, you mentioned in this video that there are no doubled dies known for this coin! Well that's not quite right, in that I have and am presently looking at a 1975 philly, that in fact has a doubled die reverse that is in really good shape. And now that you've made me aware there are no others, I do believe I will be sending it off to Wexler for authenication, and whatever else it is he does with coins, and with any luck it may turn out to be worth a little something! I've collected error and variety coins now, coin roll hunting through rolls I get from the back daily for the last sever years or so now, finding it great fun, yet never once selling any of them. So as you might imagine, I over seven years worth of great finds I always intended to sell but never did. And let me tell you, I have quite a few great finds I'd like to share with the community! I'm just not sure how it is to get started doing so. The very reason I haven't sold any yet ! And I do mean some great finds. My favorite being, a 1909 S, Indian Head Cent I actually found roll hunting! The problem with it being, however, it's just about the roughest looking coin I've ever seen, and so I just don't know what to do with it ! In any event buddy, I wanted to thank you, Again, for all the information you've provided me with through the years, as I'm greatly appreciative, and happy hunting to you ! Take care ! Hey, one more thing, if you can give me any information on how it is I might be able to Sell my 1909 S Indian head penny ( though in rough condition) I Would appreciate it greatly. though I understand your a very busy man with little time to spare on such endeavors!

They never answered us right we all asked the same question where do we sell these coins too we have all these collected but nowhere to sell it too lol what the hell is really going on were not being taken care of we are on our own hmm

I have a very nice coin collection starting from the 1950s to the 1960s to the 1970s to the 1980s to the 1990s and wheat pennies. I also have very nice pennies that look like new on different dates.

Wow that is crazy what they sold for, people really like collecting coins!!

Yea! I had a whole roll of 75 P's there are 5 out if roll In beautiful condition. No scratches on collar of jackrt or on the field. They are being graded now.

I read one 1975 mint state penny recently sold at an auction for over11,000 dollars.

I'm sending a 1975-P Uncirculated fresh from unopened 75' roll. All are grade Worthy and I'll be sending the best out for grade in 2024. I promise I'll hit MS-68+

Unfortunately there aren’t that many people who could tell the difference between 1975 and 1976, but the 1975 were mostly with some specific marks that are unique to this year.

@@louieatienza8762 well for one the Ike dollar had the large lettering on the reverse ( I don’t believe that any were made in 1976) the halves had some marks that were exclusively in 1975 and the quarter, I can’t remember..

This is unrelated to the video but thought you would be able to give a decent answer. A friend of mine has n 1856 flying eagle cent in what I would describe as barely worn on the obverse, fairly worn on the reverse, and would like to ask you if she should get it pcgs graded or try to auction it off raw, it weighs 4.7 on a one decimal digital scale. I was checking this video, and saw your question. If you still aren't sure, type in the type of coin you have, and the year, and videos of that penny, nickel, writer or whatever, will have videos on that coin you can watch, and get info.

yeah i have a penny struck on dime suze planchet but the weieght is 2.75 i believe ill have to check cant make out date and only can see in rim edge obverse reverse the silver color i think its a 64 or 69 ??? cant find anything that has that wieght ???

@@coinmaster7480 no I'm talkin about the 1985 Philadelphia dime you could see the oak leaves right behind Eisenhower's neck on the obverse and on the reverse you could see the shape of his head and most of the date and mint mark there's a website where you can look at them I forget what the name of it was but they showed the exact one I'm talking about
