I'll never forget the bias ply tires my dad used to buy there. All the other kids Dad's had Goodyear eagle GT radials. But my dad is still putting bias ply tires on our 1972 Oldsmobile cutlass supreme in 1986!!!

I remember how embarrassed I was by my father removing the Head Rests from our Eagle Premier because he thought it restricted the view window visibility and then put white wall tires on the car too which had a Euro look to it....ugh....I was liked "Dad, what are you doing, making the car uglier?"

Sears had some good products. The Diehard battery for example was a one for one switch when they were old and used up. The tires were decent as well and served me back in the day.

Our family put many sets of Sears tires on our vehicles over the years. We never had a problem with any of them.

Sears had some good tires many years ago. My father used to put Sears Superguard steel belted radial tires on his 1970 Mercedes 280SE. They were said to have been made by Michelin, but nobody knew for sure.
