I love Chevelles!!!!! Can we do green paint with two black stripes down the middle? Also some of the audio cuts out during the video unless it's just me, which is possible lol 😆

My 70 Chevelle SS Clone is Dark Green with black Stripes
Great Project. Just my thought. Would of been a good idea to either sandblast or dry blast the rust, the body, the frame to ensure everything is clean and back to metal.

When does it become to make more sense to just buy a full dynacorn body than replace all these panels and spend the time doing it?
Would this be the same on a 72 Monte Carlo?
What happen the finished product ! I am Hanging LOL
Is there a sound problem on the 5:05 mark up to 5:50 mark?

Thanks for the heads up
So you can weld through the Por-15 ?
Why wouldn't you buy a complete floor panel?
I am curious why a shop doing the high level of restoration you guys do, Why not use a plasma cutter? I have a basic Titanium Plasma cuuter from harbor freight and it made things so much easier when needing to access things like broken cage nuts.
Where u find floor pans ?
How much is the cost for the labor on this?

Depends what u do and car can range 5k and up
There is one thing to know : to be definitively efficient against rust, you should put grease everywhere. grease is the only thing very efficient against rust. put grease between metal and carpet, inside door, behind metallic bumper, under the vehicle, behind the repairs you can make (everywhere inside the body - hidden erea - instead of using paint), hollow areas (necessarily hidden, so no need to be aesthetic). For rear wings unreachable with a paintbrush, use an extender and poor old oil everywhere each year. rust always comes from the inside and welds. Handyman Experience - 35 years. From france
nice job. what is the name of that big peace of metal that you replaced behind the rear bumper?
Could you tell me what it typically cost to have a floor pan replaced and trunk pan also a entire rear quarter panel
How did you guys charge? I have the same car with the same work needed.
What brand machine you use ? And what your setting ?
This makes me wonder what my car looks underneath😩

I have 2 problems with it. One when you weld panels in you need to use screws or Clicos to hold the panels down Tightly before welding and 2 I would rather hear the banging of the hammer and the air Chisel than the crap shit you call music
