I slowed video, body surface rust isn't an issue. The frame though will need some serious attention in certain areas that are more than surface rust. I'm thinking about it.. just have reservations with frame...

DeVilles didn't get the 500 cubic inch engine until 1975 engine in a 1970 DeVille is a 472 and it's not a Coupe DeVille convertible. It's a deVille
