Beautiful start! Flat black with satin black chrome trim and black wheels with 20% tint and it would be my dream car. I hope your friend finishes it and drives the wheels off it!!!

Looks great, you do a awesome job, getting these cars back on the road. I know you love the color black but maybe you can make the next car an actual color. You said you were game for anything!!!!!! I'm thinking burnt orange with white stripes or black stripes with a tan interior. 😄It'd look good in the baby blue color also. An LS would be great, good motor. Do a QA1 suspension while you're at it. Maybe some airbags. Looking forward to seeing the build. Thanks for the great content you put out.

LS would be a great way to go. That’s what I’m going to go with in my 68. They make plug and play harnesses for the LS too which makes life easy haha

Since it is a plain Jane 6 cylinder Camaro go ahead and LS swap it get out your comfort zone it will be a good learning experience and probably teach a lot of other guys and gals that are wanting LS swap there cars

You need to insulate the roof walls would be awesome but for now at least do the ceiling you won't believe the difference. Cool cars.I'd love to get a 1st gen.

Put you a large cube small block like a 434 with a plate kit. That's what I'm going to do to my 69 just a suggestion do what makes you happy!

Oh yes been there! The pin in the console is broken so the lid will just drop down closed. I definitely relate to that👍🏼AL

Hey, I was just wondering do you have an extra SS hood? I have a 68 that’s already done I just wanna replace my hood so that I can get the louver installed. Let me know if you can find an OEM hood willing to buy it.

@@keepitsimplegarage-xp1kk I do remember you saying that last time 😆. As for the LS1, it would be appropriate upgrade from the 6 cylinder, even though Marks viewpoint is valid. Maybe keep the 6 cylinder for the next owner.
