Happiness is a hot rod Olds, and when it comes with the right amount of pedals & a W-30 pkg, all the better! What a great car and a great car custodian. Thanks, Lou!

I owned triple black 67 Cutlass with a 325 hp 330 CI engine. It was an automatic on the floor with factory mags and redline tires. I traded it for a 58 Impala and to this day, I regreted it.

Yeah Lou - My favorite shade of yellow. The '66 and '67 Olds 442 is the style I prefer over the rest. The special air induction AND a 4 speed to boot WITH the red front fender wells are a perfect touch. Great vid brother!!

I love the dog dish hubcaps. The 442 in those years like the other BOP intermediate, had a beautiful body. Those sale panels on the rear window are very susceptible to rust. Kudos to this man for keeping her in such beautiful shape!

That 1967 Oldsmobile 442 W-30 looked fantastic in that Saffron Yellow color in the sunlight! I love the wheels, with that combination of chrome and yellow hubcaps with the red inner bottom. Its very nice interior in black, with the striking instrument panel and chrome details; above all, the elegant strip that borders the gearbox. Beautiful and impeccable, in addition, its engine compartment. The previous owner did an extraordinary restoration job here. Very nice and relaxing final tour, as you have accustomed us to. Congratulations to its current owner, Bill Hendry, on this classic automotive piece! Best regards, Lou!

Lou, you always find my cars of my youth! My Dad was an Olds Guy! He had a 66 and a 68 Toronado, an Olds 98, and an Olds Station Wagon. I got to drive the later Tornado on dates, but one of my favorites was a kid in Jr High that had a brown 66 or 67 442 that was a beaut! I seem to remember American Mags and giant rear tires. Sad that some crooks decided they liked it too and stole it and wrecked it. I loved that car and the sound! Anyway thanks again for the memories!❤❤❤👍

Beautiful car, thanks to Bill for sharing and being a great steward. The W30 option was first offered in May of '66 and 54 documented cars were produced to meet NHRA drag specs. These were a one year only tri power carb set up which was dropped by GM in '67 and only offered in Corvette . They were originally marketed as "Fresh Air Option" W30. 93 additional W30 trac pac 442's were also produced in '66. In 1967 504 W30's were produced of which 129 were post cars. These were all single carb QJets. '67 was also first year the three speed automatic transmission was offered as well as optional front disc brakes. This particular '67 was as stated, a CA car and amazingly retains smog equipment. It would have been interesting to know if it was a 342 or a 390 posi, Restoration looks stellar and very correct. Peace.

Well, Lou, you've done it again. My father was always into older cars. We had in the 70s a 1966 Oldsmobile Cutlass with the 455 engine and an automatic transmission. The original engine blew up, and I was with my father at the time. The replacement was 350 engine, which was much less powerful. It's a great car story and car memory.

Love these 1960's Oldsmobiles. And if you are going to have one, probably should be a 442! However, one of my sisters had a 1965 Olds F-85 Deluxe. It was a bit smaller than this car. It was beautiful...Green with a deluxe interior. 4 doors too. So, not one anyone would probably want...'except for me. Love this yellow 442. I didn't know the 442 was on the Cutlass Supreme line. I wonder if all 442's were Cutlass Supremes! I'll have to check that out.
