Same here. Gone 9 years this past November and I was the one to find him. 9 years gone and I still every now and then hit the turn signal to swing by and shoot the bull with the old man and have to think oh right and switch it off or turn around.
Loved how you guys chopped the tweakers cart for them. So thoughtful and kind.

Hey Puddin, been around these old John Deere tractors my whole life. If you need to get that clutch unstuck, cut the fuel, then put it in gear and flat tow it on good solid ground. We always do 4th gear on the synchro transmissions. Once it gets up to speed, turn the fuel on and then ignition (not the starter) so its driving on its own power. Then slam on both brakes and the clutch at the same time. The motor should have enough force to break it free if it isn't stuck real tight. All that gunk in there is most likely from the rear main seal being a little weak, so it might not hurt to split it anyways.

I’ve basically done the same thing and had good luck with it.
Well Puddin' if you read this.. man it puts a big ol' smile on my face seeing you get to spend some quality time with your dad. I miss my pops, he passed away in 2015, man it's going on 9 years now.. Jeez time flies so quick.. It's one of those things, here one day and gone the next.. Luckily we all got spend his last few days together with him so that was a plus.. It makes me smile to see you having a good time joking and working and not really caring at all about the rest of the world.. thank you for recording your special time and sharing it on your channel. I appreciate it more than you could ever imagine.
You two! Really appreciate you taking us all along Puddin, for those of us who miss our dads you’re giving us a little of that spark we once had with our own pops. The way you crack jokes, I can see where you get it from. Dads as sharp as a tack I tell ya, was fun watching you two together again, glad you got to spend some quality time wrenching and hanging. Ok, I’m off to see about one of those hoodies now✌🏼😉

"piddling around", my dad's name for stuff like this. I miss my dad dearly every day. I lost him when I was only 30 and I'm 67 now.
What fun you and Dad working together to get that awesome tractor going. How frustrating that everything is getting picked off. I’d be tempted to camp down there and giving the fear of god in them thieves.

It is hard to say what might help. What might make someone afraid to come back. I thought about it a bit. One thing that came to mind was to leave a book or two around about living with an s.t.d. Another idea was leaving used targets around the place but it is hard to say besides not leaving good stuff down there.

“Hes a pretty good hand” best compliment mortske ever got on this channel
This video brought back a memory from when I was about 14 or 15 years old. At that point in my life I started to realize my dad wasn’t going to be around forever. Well I remember this particular day me and my dad were sitting in the car. And I remember telling him how much he meant to me. He didn’t say anything but I could tell he knew I really meant what I was saying. About a year and a half later we found out he had a very aggressive form of cancer. He passed away about a month after getting that diagnosis. I really miss him so Puddin your a good son and I can tell you really respect your dad and that’s good. Been you never know how much time is left
It doesn't matter what the content is about, when a father and son can spend the whole day bonding and having fun that is what life should be about. Never got to bond with my dad so whenever I see a video like this it really warms my heart. Great video.
I driven gasoline and diesel tractors over the years, this is the first time I heard of and seen a tractor that runs on propane. Always learning something new from Puddin's Fab Shop. It is great that you are able to help your dad. Really like watching this channel.

Love seeing your dad and you work together! Looking forward to the budget LS swap!!!!
Let me say, I wouldn’t be upset if you took a couple videos and tuned this up for your dad. Clean it, plugs wires, maybe new hoses build, and have slick buff her out and just make sure your dad has a good tractor. New seat and such. You can “steal” it for a little bit asking to use it to move stuff around your junkyard. But I would be okay with a delay on the other projects for a bit. Your dad is such a great man, I can tell he deserves this.

As I’m watching, you could fab shop him up a nice fire extinguisher bracket, and maybe a roll bar and sunshade, and a ton of lights on it. This would be cool to see you “patina hot Rod” a tractor and play country a little bit.

You can see the love and respect you have for your Pops and he respects your knowledge.

Absolutely love this video, spending time with your dad is priceless. I really enjoyed you riding on the tractor with puddin pop, brought back memories of me riding with my dad on his tractor. He's been gone 7 years now, and this daddy's girl misses him so much. Again love this video.
Friggin awesome video with your dad. Wish mine was still around to do the same for my project ❤
Oh Happy Day. I was so worried, Puddin' when I didn't see a video from you. Thank you for all you do and wishing you all the best. Glad you are back and that 1967 John Deere is looking sweet
Glad to see this!! I was just telling my wife that I was worried about you since there wasn’t a video yesterday: 😂 You are loved by many!!!
Puddin, I just watched your "It's been a long journey" video. I just want to say thank you for being you and being open and real with you're audience. As a believer I very much appreciate you not "hiding your light", one never knows who is watching. We all here can be snarky and sarcastic, so we can identify with your sense of humor. Once again I enjoy your content (both channels). Keep being yourself, (I watched one of your older videos, it's good to see how far you've come). Blessings to you and yours, A fellow enthusiast, Doug Roberts
Puddin' Pops "I ain't no punk!" Absolutely! For those whose Dad is still above ground, spend the time NOW!. For those of us whose Dad isn't, Thank you Puddin' Pops for spending the time! A Giant Amongst Men you are!
Drive the tractor around in a high gear. Hold clutch in and jam on the brakes. Work the clutch pedal too. Don't be afraid to rough with it. Also let the motor get wsrmed up good heat will help. You gotta break the rust bond.

Great show, great job. Good to see you and Puddin Pops working together.
Glad you and Puddin Pops got to have some quality time. Special treat for us.
I wish I could spend time with my dad, he passed away 10 years ago this St. Patrick's day. Enjoy your time! It's over too soon! Stay awesome Puddin and Pops!
Great times with your pops…….my pop left 43 years ago. Enjoy and cherish the time you get with him….im sure you do…….i loved it when he said, it must suck getting old…..when y’all was looking at the clutch.
You and your dad truly have a wonderful attitude about the situation around his place. This video was hard for me to watch as getting robbed by tweakers makes my blood boil... it was inspirational to see you guys not letting it make you angry.
Was a great video. Nice to see puddin pops and was great to see you guys having a good ole time and having some genuine fun!! Keep on keeping on brother!!!!
Working with pops! Doesn’t get any better!
This is one of my favorite videos. Spend all the time you can with Puddin Pop's it's a special thing.

Tweakers robbed me 2 years ago. Loss exceeded $20k. I have zero use for them, we actually caught them, but too late to retrieve the property. The cops arrested the ring leader, but his case is still not in the courts yet. I think catching your tweakers on video would make for interesting video on your channel.
Love it, every minute with your dad is invaluable. I have lost two, every second is valuable.
Always enjoy seeing your Dad in the channel. I don't have my Dad anymore so your wise to spend as much time as you can together.
I got the exact same lighted beanie for Christmas from the mother in-law. TBH I was thinking ‘when the hell will I use this.’ Two weeks later the power went out in the middle of the night during a snow storm and that lighted beanie couldn’t have been more perfect for getting the generator hooked up to the tractor.
Cherish these times, Puddin.. I love seeing it.. I wished my dad was still around, because we were much like you and puddin pops.
Dad and tractor ACTION can't get any better than that Brother 😊😊
Cherish every moment you get to spend with your dad, my dad and I had an auction business for over 20 years working side by side and I loved it but sadly we lost him in 2017. I still do auctions but it doesn’t seem to have the same spark as it used to because I lost him.
I got my wanted shirt!!! Woohoo lets go puddin..... Was great to see puddin pops back on the channel again
Thanks for the Excellent Content starring Puddin Pop's, the John Deere and Ol Roy! Just remember, Leaving it in Park Ain't Gonna Get It Movin! 😁😆😂
Great spending time with your dad doing something constructive, miss that with my dad. (1931- 2019)
I was very blessed to have a lot of good times with my Daddy. He was my best friend. He was even my best man in my wedding. He was my best man cuz he was my best man. He never done me wrong. He was always there for me. Enjoy him every chance you git. Good luck with Ol Roy. Can't wait till the next video. C Mon!
I love the old tractor and the truck nice to see Puddin pops.
YOU ARE A BLESSED YOUNG MAN TO STILL HAVE YOUR DAD. I LOST MY DAD WHEN I WAS SEVEN YEARS OLD. CONTINUE TO POSTING YOUR AWESOME VIDEOS. I ENJOY WATCHING EVERYONE. I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER SOME MERCHANDISE. BUT I'M A LAYED OFF SECURITY OFFICER.
nothin like hanging out with our dad and havin some dad time!!!good stuff!!
Love seeing Puddin Pop. A very special day. Thanks for taking us along.
Great to see pops and your step brother as well as flash I call him flash because he’s in and out of the vlog as quick as wind lol 👍🏻😎🦅🇺🇸
Spending time with your dad, Man spend as much time with him as you can Bud! It's a good thing.
Seeing you and your dad accomplish this is great . and Ol Roy needs to come back to life. looking forward to that build.
Man that's cool you got pops out there with you spend as much time with him on stuff like this and it will last forever
Thank you for another great video, it’s awesome when you and your dad are working together!
Something a little different. Good to see you and Pops having fun. Enjoy these moments.
Watching you work with your dad brings back memories when I worked with my dad. Good stuff!
Your Dad was a live youtuber commentor..."you're doing that wrong" 😊 still teaching his son the ways
The world needs more Puddin Pop. Enjoy your time Puddin.
I'll add another comment that I seeing Puddin' Pops on the channel as much as possible. Like you, I don't get nearly enough time to work with my dad like i would like. If he's got the time, you should encourage him to be a mall Santa. He's got the look and the soft nature that kids would flock to. Just make sure he's not packing that day. 😂
Good to see puddin pops and puddin hanging out together. My dad been gone since 05 miss him. Enjoyed the video and learn some on the tractor. Ole Roy heading to a good home.
I like the gate part, then your dad gets in the truck and talks about you getting the gate when you were younger. My dad said he had us so the driveway would get shoveled 50 years a go lol.
I was squaring up my comment about how to pour that pail of 303 and you pops had it lol good tractor glad it's still got life in it and work ahead of it
this sure was a great son and father project episode ... 👍🏼🙏🏼
Would love to see a Puddin Pops yard cleanup series(if he was interested). Scrapping everything scrapable, organizing the vehicles near the entrance. Going through all the stuff, removing the falling down out buildings. Might help stop the people coming by and taking stuff.
Never would’ve thought I would be getting a walkthrough of rebuilding my s10 interior from puddin himself!
I would give anything to be able to spend just one more day wrenching on something with my Dad. Loved watching this video 🤗
To loosen the clutch. Park the tractor with a board holding the clutch depressed. Use a little heat in the clutch/flywheel area. It looks like you can get a bar/screw driver to break it loose. But you need to hold the clutch released. I grew up on a farm and our tractor clutches would get rusted to the flywheel. Also put a load on the tractor in gear but keep the clutch depressed, it break loose.

Did this years ago. you should be able to get at the clutch plate through that inspetion hole and tap gently with the peddle strapped down all the way tight.
Hanging with Dad... Perfect.
Your dad was great you should do more with him!
After all of these hours of watching, I honest to god I thought your voice/twang was a part of your youtube act. Then for the first time I heard your pops talk. That really gave me the giggles! Love this channel even more now.
I really like watching you and your dad working together, my son and I share the same closeness.
Man Puddin you freak me out when you grabbed that spinning pto! My best friend got his flannel sleeve caught on one n wrapped his arm to his elbow on an old Allis C in idle. His cousin was there n tugged him out of it. Broke his arm in 5 places n mushed his hand like jello. Other than that, this was one of my favorite videos. My dad is still alive but his second wife n her kids is his new life n we don't matter to him no more. You are a lucky man!
Ain't nothing like spending the day with your pop lost mine a few years back he was always there to lend a hand on the hot rods and always taking me hunting I miss him but that was another great video get Old Roy back on the road get your pops hands dirty on it too can't wait to see Old Roy run again❤😊🎉🎉
Cherish these moments with your loved ones.. Life is short!!!! ❤
You’re making me feel old, Puddin’!! I was already 16 years old when you was born!!
🎉🎉 seeing a video 📸 for 138 minutes is awesome... but seeing a video 📸 with you and pudding pop's is really awesome.... thank you for everything........ JJ....😊
I love working with my old man. this warms the heart. hell ya sir puddin
i love how you and dad work together it really is great watchin the giggles you have like you he aint scared to get down n dirtay absolutley awsome vid
Love it! Right from the intro segment to finale seeing the towrolla ready to get to work putting ol Roy in a nice spot
Are you put in? I have been watching your channel for years. And every time you make me laugh, keep on making cars possible. Please do not give up
Love the garage door used as a roof on the building next to the tractor.
Reminds me if projects me and my old man used to do... I miss those days. Ive still got him, but time and life sure do have ways of getting in the way of things. Make the time, to spend time with your old man... I pulled a puddin writing that... Bout got choked up.
I love Ole Puddin Pops! He’s a cool dude! Sure miss my Pops.
Man the video was off one day and I was lost. I make it a point to watch the videos every Monday night. I am the Fire Chief of a small town and Monday are our training and meeting night. All of my members know that I want to get out ASAP so I can watch the videos. Hoping to have more mini trucks coming up but work on anything and Ill watch it start to finish. Shit work on the kitchen sink and Ill watch it. Puddin you are a great KZreadr and I see you going very far but you never seem to let it get to you. A lot of other KZreadrs get "big time" and forget where they came from. You work and show us every Monday how hard you work. Kepp it up man your doing great.
Keep doing projects with your Dad and make more memories. Wish I could go back in time with mine.
You are a spittin' image of your Dad. It's fun to watch a tractor get going again.
