They were broadcast on Speedvision from 1995, which became Speedchannel in 2001. Fox Sports acquired it in 2013 and this disappeared. The host Dave Despain, was a radio reporter and DJ and a motorcycle racer, and had his own interview show Called "WindTunnel with Dave Despain" which I thought was rather good. He is on something called MAVTV now. You could probably see some WindTunnel clips on KZread.

Jim Hall was a dedicated car builder he needs to get credit he was a pioneer in builder and road racer.
