This is exactly what i want when i retire in 10 years....no computers or sensors, no check engine lights, no gas cap lights....i know what everything on it is, what it does, and how to fix it! I dont need a showcar, just an old mans good enough daily driver....if the price is right

Beautiful presentation ! The Ford Falcon was a great car - mechanical simplicity at it's best - affordable and well built. A great value for the money.

My folks bought a brand new gray 1960 Falcon just like this. Their first new vehicle purchase, and their only other was a bare bones 6-cyl 1976 Ford pickup.

My dad had always been a v8 man. Well, in 1961, he bought a Falcon. He said, “that is the most anemic car he had ever driven in his life.” It didn’t like it and it didn’t last long in his driveway. I forgot whatever he had in the next years for cars. But, I know this, he had a bunch of v8 fords. He had a 1972-3 Ford Torino, with a 351, that car would get up and go. It was a plain brown wrapper, but, a great car.

I miss my black 60 Falcon. Had wide white wall tires. The whittle 144 inline 6 was gutless but that's my only complaint. Nice job! Your video probably took many hours to create!

The 144cid I6 was ridiculously under powered, but it lasted only one year. For 1961 the I6 was bumped up to 170cid. The 170 engine cars were still slow but not dangerously slow. For 1963 Ford offered the 260cid V8 which actually made the car a pleasure to drive. The best Falcons were the 1964 and 1965 models. Under the skin the 64/65 Falcons were identical to the 65/66 Mustangs.
