Whilst we normally teach Modern Jive classes at Ginger Jive, we are currently running a series of free solo line dance videos that you can try and home and see which ones you like. The routines use simple moves with a flavour of each dance for you to have a go. You can follow along with the teacher to learn the basic steps and then dance through a whole track at the end to practise the moves that you have just learnt.

Thank you! I’m new to your channel (last night). Yours is the only video I’ve seen which teaches perfectly for me and does the stroll how I want to stroll! I stayed up to 1am last night and have been practicing today. I think I’ve got it! We’re going away in 2 weeks so will now feel brave enough to do it. I can’t thank you enough xx

Sorry but there was no such thing as a Rockabilly Stroll in the 50s. You are twisting history....not nice.

Do you understand English? I will say it once more for you.....there is no such thing as a Rockabilly Stroll. In the 50s we never danced this way. This dance was made up in the 70s and has nothing to do with the 50s or original Rockabilly music. Is that a bit clearer for you? Vids like this are twisting history. They are made by people who were never even around in the 50s and do not understand.@@PernillesPositivePopcorn

@cooldaddy2877 Wow thank for you "kind" answer. You don't have to be rude - I love to learn new things, but not by being talked to like this. Why not educate us instead of this harsh way? If you know something others don't - then share your wisdom but do it in a polite way! And yes I do understand English very well even the things that is not said - and your answer shows more about you than about me - even if you think I am ignorant or not! Have a nice evening...

Please show me where I was rude? This is KZread and people come here from all over the world. I have a right to clarify you language. The rest of my comment is an explanation and factual. @@PernillesPositivePopcorn

@cooldaddy2877 never mind - I am not her to argue - if you don't see your own way of talking down to me well I leave at that. The fact that you think you have the right - you could've corrected me in soooo many better and kinder ways - but nope you just go with your harsh ways - I am off to a better use of my time than this...
