The copy of this cartoon that's currently on KZread is abominably splicy and obliterates a large chunk of the opening.
This copy, sourced from a Spanish PAL DVD, is fully intact, and actually quite nice to look at (for Eastmancolor, that is). Credit goes to Uncutcartoons247 for the English soundtrack.

Reminds me of the very first Tom and Jerry episode where Mammy Two Shoes misspelled "out" when she kicked Tom out of her house. They actually redubbed her with a different VA in the 90's, because her original voice actor spoke Ebonics.

Another stereotype about black Americans in those times: Poor education.
At my birthday party, I'd have peppermint sticks a-hangin' from the trees, And there'd be ice cream hills trimmed with lemon drops For me to loop-the-loop it in my skis. At my birthday party, There'd be chocolate blimps that fly above the ground. I'd have a Ferris wheel made of lollipops For me to lick on as they went around. I'd have a lemonade lake to float in, And should I get thirsty by and by, With a mighty draw On my cellophane straw, I'd sip the whole thing dry. I'd have snow white candles On a layer cake that would reach up to the moon. I'd be the proudest kid in the whole wide world If my birthday party dream came true.
