1943 Dodge WC-53 Carryall

Took the Carryall out today for the first ride since I got her back about two weeks ago.
She started right up and was ready to go!
Went for a short sunset cruise and was happy to see that all the lights are working just fine.
She drives real nice, but it’s been so long I have to get used to the double-clutch again!

I had one of these in highschool. Very slow and it attracted police. The cops always wanted to know what it was. Taught me a lot as it broke down frequently. Once it was the oil bath air cleaner clogged with Miller moths, another time the throttle return spring broke, then the fuel pump died. On and on but a lot of fun.
