Awesome build and awesome tribute to Jimi Hendrix. Not only is it Jimi Hendrix's birthday today but it's also my sister's 30th birthday today and my girlfriend has a son who's birthday is also today and he is turning 21 today. Happy birthday to my sister Maegan, my girlfriend's son Chase and of course, Jimi Hendrix ! Rock on !!!!

@@RightOnReplicas You're right about that ! My birthday is on the same day as Eric Clapton's birthday. March 30th.

I've like Jimi's music since I first heard him play in the 60s, still listen to him all the time. I think he would be flattered that his fans still remember him this long after his passing. You have done a great job in showing the younger generation how much we cared about our music icons. Also good choice of car body style because Jimi was born in 1942. Happy Birthday Jimi !!

I believe this is the first model I ever built when I was 10. lets just say I learned a lot. its was a disaster. I used way too much glue and everything was so sloppy.

Prince was one of the greatest pop artists of our time;Michael Jackson will always be the king of pop.When doves cry and Party like it's 1999 were some of Prince's biggest hits durong the 1980's.A 1:25 scale tribute to Prince,in Krylon metallic purple,would be nice to do on Prince's birth day like how you bilt rhis tribute kit for Jimi Hendrix.As it turns out,one color that Prince was known for it metallic purple/scarlet purple.The Prince symbol;he had trade marked and had turned into a custom made electric guitar,would be a nice touch as a waterslide decal on the hood,rooftop,or top of the trunk would tie the metallic purple/scarlet purple together.
