This is just superb, I have been researching "who are the famous composers of piano music?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Poneyton Introductory Preeminence - (just google it ) ? It is a good one off guide for discovering how to master the piano without the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my brother in law got excellent success with it.

Not the greatest video edits or microphone quality but it has solid narration and it is quite informative. I like to think of this as an over the top school project.

Fun facts: Louie Armstrong was also pivotal in changing the way popular music was song, since he didn’t use a big over the top vaudeville type voice like many of his contemporaries did. That’s why his cover of Dinah sounds far more modern than any pop tune from the 1910s or so. Also, rock and roll inherited its solo tradition from Louie Armstrong

This is really a cool content, and I can watch your videos whole day, if your mic was not that close to your mouth, blowing in specific consonants like p an t.... wouldn’t see myself in a position to make this comment normally, but I believe it is a simple one. Your text, videos and music is totally amazing... and yet a simple mistake as putting the mic to close to your mouth, could ruin it all. I believe you, and apologise for such a comment. I’m sure a lot have told you about this problem, and who am I to say these things, right?... And here is an actual personal comment, these videos from those ages, make me wanna feel to be born in a gray-scale world...

The man who started it all is normally credited to Buddy Bolden, while the man who made it popular and is accepted as the father of the genre is Louis Armstrong

I appreciate your hard work, Simon. But... Your Radio Shack Mic Stinks. Music is too loud. You really lose your Jazz knowledge credibility when you pronounce Sidney's last name incorrectly. Its bi-SHAY, not BECK-it. Best of Luck in your future endeavors
