Diane was also hilarious with the sinuses and the socks. The best episode hands down. No pun.

RIP Harry Anderson. This is my favorite moment of his from the show.

Almost a perfect episode. One of the subtle things I like is that Norm and Cliff actually show a bit of physical menace when they corner George, and Cliff's kicking the chair to block Harry's escape is a great little moment.

"You're not even close, Sam" ... "Oh, that's it exactly" -- love Coach!!! love Harry Anderson too. RIP both of you.

Talk about a rewarding moment in television. Such good writing and acting. You can here the sincerity in the audience when Harry walks through the door and hugs Coach. Great moment in television history.

This was the greatest Cheers episode ever.

I love that Cliff was the one who kicked the chair in front of Harry, blocking his exit.

+James Kennedy I just starting watching the entire series again on Netflix. You bring up a good point: back when the show aired, I always recalled Cliff being a putz. Norm was always Norm from the get go, but in the beginning Cliff was a pretty sharp character--known for being a pain in the buttocks at the Post Office (according to another Postman who talks to him at CHEERS), but not a mama's boy putz like in later seasons.

Gotta say, I was impressed toward the beginning of the scene when Cliff kicked the chair into Harry's way, with that serious look on his face. It's the little things like that, coming together to make a great scene.

Aĺl time classic episode. Rip Coach and now Harry the Hat too!! The bar will never be the same.

And so was Harry Anderson - will miss the laughter and the tricks - Rest in Peace Sir, thank you for the memories.

This was a great show. Harry Anderson was terrific in this episode. I sure miss him.

Coach has been playing cards with George and when Coach tells Sam and the gang that he's lost a ton of money, they realize George is a con artist. They ask Harry for help and he sets up a poker game designed to win back Coach's money from George.

RIP Harry Anderson (one of the best Cheers moments!)

What an ensemble cast! And what a scene! Two great comedic actors at their best. Such fond memories. I wish television had this kind of talent today.

I've always loved this scene.

Harry was one of my fave characters on the show. Loved the St Patrick’s day episode with the walled bar. Comic genius.

The first time I saw this clip on the show, my watch went missing. I could never prove it but . . .I just always knew

All I can think of is, “A Fool and his money are soon parted!”

"Time's are hard". Pulls 10 grand out of his sock. Those are the hard times I'd like to have!!!

Eric Boyle I agree, not only was Harry clever but he was also the only MATCH for Sam's bar rival (Gary) and his pranks! Put the joker out of business in the 11th season. That episode was priceless!!😂😂

I gotta' be honest with you, I don't think I could choose a best episode, they were all great. This is one of my favourites though. Though my favourites always involve Gary's Olde Town Tavern.

Cleverly written episode. Sam knew that Harry was good at his craft, and the only one to truly con George back for Coaches money. Harry's crooked but he can be "good" for a price. Fucking brilliant writing.

I read that this saved the show for a second season.

In the previous episode with Harry, he is in the back room playing pool at closing time. Sam walks in and says "Harry, how did you get in here." "Through the back door," says Harry. Sam says "I don't have a back door, Harry." Then Harry says "Well, then, that's my secret."

So if Jeremy has mine and you are using him then you need to give me a new one if you want Roy to play this part

I think I speak for most fans of the show when I saw Woody was great, but there was and can only be one coach

Why do creators end the video right at the end and not give viewers a chance to pause and rewind ?

@@beaus9021 about 5 seconds later so a person can hit pause or can rewind. It doesn't need to continue the scene. It can be just a few seconds of blank screen. But if it ends at the exact moment and goes to next video I have to click out of next video and navigate back to the video I was just watching
