I am a new subscriber. I love your story. I would love to visit Africa, but have concerns about the required vaccines, I look forward to more videos. Thank you for sharing.

Each african country has specific requirements. Visiting Ghana requires yellow fever vaccination only.

Some photos of dressing would be appreciated. Comparisons of different preparations of food would be interesting and educational. Love your motto including " learn to respect other cultures"

Did U take the posted picture in Nigeria. The women are all dressed like Nigerians. Now, how do U deal with the heat in the north? I was born in the Central Region and even the heat there is so difficult for me to bear! Thank U.

The picture is taken in Accra, my son-in-law is from Nigeria. Have you been to the North before to experience the heat here?

Surely, if your children obtain 50% of their DNA from you. They will be familiar with Ukrainian dishes and language - so they are still connected to your culture even though it may be remotely. It is still there. Can you speak Dagomba or some other local language?
