1 day they will hit someone with motor neur on disease such as myself which is a lesser form of the beginning of ALS which killed Stephen Hawking and it will scramble the signal in our brain and we will never come back and that lawsuit will never end because you cannot give us back the capacity of our brain won't you have done that instability and 1 day you will know our arms and legs no longer work correctly and the little bit of time we have we would like to enjoy in peace modern uron disease is extremely Terrible if it wasn't ale less would not have killed Stephen Hawking It is a horrible wasting disease your arms and legs and your capacity to move no longer work although your brain does and eventually you die in a wheelchair working with tables if you can move your arms and I'm saying this because they need to make a law where you cannot taste people without it being printed on their Driver's license I have ALS or a left reform and you will scramble my brain signal and it will never come back the little bit of good time that I have on this Earth to help humanity And show that I push through this disease and then it can be done

The cops always say I have my body camera running so you're also being recorded. But somehow when it goes horribly wrong their body camera footage gets suppressed by the district attorney until after the trial or you can't attain the body camera footage until after the trial or investigation which by then it's too late

I drive a truck. Here's the problem, when you're driving 80,000 lbs down the road, in traffic, you don't always see what's going on behind you. Especially when law enforcement gets too damn close to you. 80 ft behind a truck, you don't see them in your mirrors. When this guy noticed, he stopped to guns drawn. I would've pulled off too. Ohio is absolutely horrible about doing this. I've offered for this guys defense to use me as an expert witness because I live in this erea.

Unbelievable how horrible they treated the disabled man. First off shame on Target for calling the cops instead of assisting the man with his purchases. I will never purchase or go into Target again. I wouldn’t have thought Target employees would act this way considering several years ago a young African American cashier at Target went viral for being patience, respectful and helpful to a white older woman that was having issues getting her money out to pay exactly like this situation. Second how inappropriate for these officers to treat a disabled individual in this manner. The officers should be fired immediately. What happened to “serve and protect” all they needed to do was assist this man instead of assaulting, disrespecting and making fun of a disabled man that hadn’t done anything illegal.

I remember when my brother was 14 or something, he said he wanted to be a cop when he got older. I asked him why. Did he want to catch bad guys, send them to prison? Did he hate the injustice people got away with and felt like he had to do something? No. What did he say, you didn’t ask but I’m gonna say anyway? He said he wanted it so he “could have a badge and a gun and pull over whoever he felt like.” I realized in that moment he was saying that he wanted to be a cop because he wanted to have power over other people. Thankfully he’s not a cop, but it made me realize that he couldn’t possibly be the first person to feel this way, and I doubt he’ll be the last, and it also made me realize I wouldn’t be surprised if there were already cops out there whose reason for becoming a cop was the exact same. But there were all thoughts in my mind I recognized as possible but didn’t want to believe. Then you see videos of cops abusing the hell out of their power and you realize “yep, they just love that power they have, addicted to it even. Sick with it.”

If it makes you feel better, the officer who predominantly dealt with the disabled man in Target not only lost his job but is facing 2 misdemeanour charges and two class 4 felonies, including perjury, false imprisonment, filing a false police report and battery. He is also under investigation by the DA in a wrongful death suit where he shot a drunk man, and then lied in the police report claiming the man was reaching for a gun when he wasn't. None of that is in the video as you know, I had to do some googling, but I'm hoping that if his charges weren't in the video then perhaps others aren't either.

Because sending EMTs to every call like that would tie up resources that could be better used elsewhere. Also if the police attend a property and get no response from inside, they have the power to use discretion and kick the door down. Also there are a hell of a lot more police officers working than firefighters, meaning the availability of an officer gets them to the property faster. And then there's the situation where people call in false reports for attention. Dispatchers have a keen ear for a potential fake so police showing up means they can be arrested for misuse of the emergency services. In this case I think the male officer and the Veteran were both in the wrong. If the homeowner had shut up and allowed the female officer to explain why they were there then it would be over in like five minutes. Sometimes it's better to just accept a little bit of disrespect and move on like it was never said. If he really were taking a degree in criminal law he'd know that those officers weren't going to leave until they spoke to the female. It's the law, it's to ensure domestic abuse victims are able to take the chance of help so they could have been there for hours and hours so I am a little skeptical about his claim to be a masters recipient. If shouting through a window helps confirm the person a welfare check was called in for works, they will take it. It was six of one and half a dozen of the other here, not just the male officer.

@Mrs.Fezziwig I’m glad someone else noticed that if he had just shut up it would’ve been over the moment they said the name. He would’ve said he didn’t know who that was, showed his id to confirm wrong house, and it would’ve been over. also the officers probably were told they weren’t married when they were sent there cause it changes domestic abuse somewhat to a position of trust. It also matters for the children if the mother is taken off scene if he’s not the dad, they have to be with a guardian which he wouldn’t be if they weren’t married. The way the cop asked was wrong but, the question of what is your relation to the female inside was reasonable. Not a law student, just someone who’s waited for that moment to say they were profiled.

Fun fact with the SLC PD one arresting the nurse. That was because they were trying to do a coverup. The victim in the ICU that was unconscious was in there because the police had started a high speed chase in Logan UT, and then the suspect in that chase decide to commit suicide by truck. He swerved across 4 lanes and hit a truck head on. The truck and car both went up in flames like a roman candle, and the guy who was driving the truck was severely injured and burned because of the police actions. They then wanted a blood sample so they could then say the truck driver was on drugs so they didn't have to take the blame. well surprise surprise, the nurse who unintentionally prevented the coverup from happening was now hindering them in doing so, so she got arrested.

How to enforce authority over individuals when there is no reason to do so. If they only knew that by acting more humanly they can actually get a positive outcome out of the other party, but these officers are trained to restraint the citizens and enforce there authority over the people, and that is wrong. I just know that was his mama on the phone probably horrified at what she was hearing. He's so innocent he reminds me of so many other kids just like him that I know personally. They wouldn't hurt a fly! I'm angry at target for calling in the first place. Rather then sending some1 over with a heart to help him, they called police saying he was stealing WHICH HE WASN'T even doing! I have a 24 yr old whose a teacher AND going to school, a 20 year old whose in the navy and a 8 and 9 year old we were blessed with thro adoption. All my babies are my baby's forever, idc how old they are.. they can be 30 and they are my baby's. This broke me. I'm putting myself in his shoes. Looking at the clerk standing by targets door wondering why they don't want him back there. He truly doesn't know what he did to deserve this and neither do I. I can't believe not ONE person who witnessed this didn't say anything or try to assist him. What. Is. Wrong. With. Everyone. It's like pll don't have compassion anymore. No1 cares! I can tell his feelings were so hurt, he's confused 😭 absolutely heartbreaking man. How could you be so cruel. No one better touch my baby I know that much. This is trauma that huants kids like this. They can't just get over it. They don't have the capacity to do that. They live in fear after something like this. God! It's like picking on a baby or a small cat! They would've treated the cat better and probably expected a reward for it!!!! I'm over target. This isn't the first time they've done this. It's not the first time the police have either. How are they not trained yet? How many more handicap pll need to die before they FINALLY DO SOMETHING!? It makes my stomach turn it really does. I'm so glad he's alive & as ok as he can be after such an innocent as this. My prayers for all homeless and disabled people the world over. This is why God says he will take the handicap FIRST. Ugh. That long it's been since the last such indignity to which I was subjected "makes no difference!" Barney Rubble style, though all the more so for these unjustly victimized people - even, the words of T'pau of Vulcan, "to the death ," which those THAT cause that should get the chair! 🤬 🔥Damn there go those sticks against my skull again; I am SO outta here now, at the 41 52 mark, @ 9 mins to 3 a.m.,to get me some cold Liquid Refreshment (the smoking kind won't be til around noon), reflect on all these terrible things & pray for the recovery of the innocent victims thereof. I had around a 25-year span of cop-stained conflicts (though also some really triumphant escapes from their notice that would've got me in Der Slammer for lots longer than a mere traffic-ticketed weekend stay in some county Greybar Suites) that I ain't trying at all to recall - though this collection has broken the lid on that sarcophagus - but what these people, & so many others we don't know about, have suffered in a single case will sadly outlast those traumas. 😓😓😥 BE AS SAFE AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN from these evil beings, never more so than where y'all call (should be sweet) Home. 💓

I was born in Europe (Holland) and at 21 years of age did a a 1 years internship in NY and Chicago back in 1996. Loved it so much that my goal was to move back the the US once I graduated. Life happened and after graduating I worked/lived in Holland, France, Singapore and then Dubai; until I reached 30, and ended up setling in Argentina for the past 20 years. As messed up as this (gorgious) Southamerican country obviously is economically; I cannot fathom living in Europe or the USA at this point...ever. What I constantly see online in terms of excessive "law enforcement" or "other forms of nit-picking compliance" in "The West" is something I have NEVER experienced here, EVER. There, simple jay walking at 3 am can escalate into absolute madness if you so much as open your mouth........F that! Police HERE go after true crime and go in hard: swat type teams going in guns blazing, all day evey day unfortunately. As a regular citizen??? Not a SINGLE police officer has ever bothered me with anything - except for giving the odd friendly warning for stupid things in the sense if " dude, don´t do that again please ok¨? (I have better things to do than to discuss little things with you - because the call to go after e.g. a REAL criminal is about to arrive)

I genuinely hope that everyone that has watched this video, saw the blonde male teen arrest at a little before the 1 hr mark in the video. That is about as clean and smooth of an innocent person can be yet be arrested and taken to jail. He did nothing wrong but try to be safe by using both brights as 1 of his main headlights was burned out. If that kid was black there would be riots and the mistakes that have been made in excessive force etc were made to people who allactually committed real crimes and had weapons and/or fought. That being said, the whole black lives matter stuff needs to stop. Its ridiculous and unfortunately mistakes are made, and made to all races and genders. Life just happens.

I really hope that, that kid got nicely compensated after all what he went through when he was assaulted by that scumbag.
