It is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house so more than one family can live in it. If you had 2-4 families in it the rent is cheap. For that size house, in that area, it is a killer deal.

Many questions about this type of place: how reliable is the electricity supply? Water is piped in or deepwell? How far from facilities, such as decent supermarket/shops/mall? Is it prone to flooding? The are all serious considerations with provincial living in the Philippines.

I do live in the Province we do have deepwell as our source of water to drink we do have faucet too for washing clothes and washing dishes but not for drink ..

Sure these inflated prices are aimed at foreigners. Locals don't earn that amount per month. Prices should reflect the conditions of locals and their income

How do you know if the local citizens do not have earn that amount? How do you know whether the local citizens were told a lessor price or not? You only know that a foreigner will rent for the contracted price! This video has reflected on who is renting and for how much. Should could if would had been local citizen renter!
