I backed a tool on kickstarter, the MetMo pocket driver, looks just like this screwdriver.

There is sandblasting on the black piece that I cold bluing, but I cannot take pictures because of the glass of the sandblasting machine, so it is not in the video.

Look into one of the MetMo Cube company drivers. They resurrected the old design but in all metal.
