I tried playing this last night but got confused about the cost wheel. -1 is less than 0 so shouldn’t be able to play 0 cost cards, and even at -1 can play 0 cost cards, why doesn’t just say 0?

The -1 is treated like a modifier. So, if the Foe has 1 resource in its field (some cards have green resource icon on them), then they would have 1 resource to spend, but the -1 modifier will take that down to zero; if the wheel started at 0, then the 1 resource in Foe's field would still give them 1 to spend. Note also, that after all modifiers have been applied, any value that is < 0 is treated as 0. Hope this helps! R.R.

I think you keep forgetting to count the +1 Zeal on the French unit on the bottom right, fyi...
