I do not get it too, it even is not for more generations because there is only one kitchen, but why do all their houses have so many bedroom, bathrooms, diningrooms and sofas I do not get

Sell couches in basement and add a Home theatre? Gym? Sauna? Massage chairs? Billiards table? Pinball arcade? Indoor tide pool? ....... Too many sofas usually means someone ran out of imagination or cash!

I want a home with all these impressive details but about 1/6 the size. Don’t need all that space for two. But the cost would never be recovered on a smaller home.

Why is the dining table in the basement so far away from the kitchen? If you're gonna put a kitchen in the basement, why wouldn't you put the dinette set near it?

There is. Take a look at the reflection in the mirror on 07:03, you'll see it. It's close to the wall that the camera didn't showed :)

all these homes are so beautiful, but one issue I see in all of them. The toilets are so low (potty Chairs), the first thing I would replace w/ right height toilets.
