Thanks. I'm a barber who worked in men's shops for years. Now I'm at great clips and I keep getting women cuts and have no idea what I'm doing. This video saved me.
I trained as a hairdresser in the 90s when the square cut 'Rachel' cut was all anyone wanted. we were taught this inside out but this is by far the best tutorial for people entering the industry,

I’ve seen so many videos for square layers and yours is the only one that makes sense to me. I understand it now, thank you so much!

I don’t know how to thank you for the Visio and explanation about an angle 📐. You are saving my time, I have been trying to understand deeper the angles in cutting. You are what I needed in my student of hairdressing journey. Thank you! Your channel has just been subscribed 😊
You just made my 180 cut so much easier! Thank you!!!! Following you from now on and watching videos to get better! Thank you!! So much 😢❤
Thank you for refreshing my memory. Been forever and beauty school didn't pan out for me, but I still take care of family and friends. My daughter loves this cut and bc we can't afford to go to a salon, I figured I just need to brush up my memory. You explain things very well and I love how you are silly and funny like my bubbly personality! Keep it up! Thank you have a blessed day!
Brittnee, your tutorials have saved me so much money on haircuts for my family. Thank you so much for the great tutorials.

if you are wanting this exact cut, ask her for a "true 180" but be specific where you want the layers to start so she doesn't give you a mullet!

Can you use this technique after you do the zero with razor for state boards?
How you tell about 180 degre and 90 and 45 Its easy to understand when you tell 😊❤
I need to find a hair cut video to layer long hair to my own hair , not someone else? Help you have video on that?
Could you show us what this cut would look like if it was very short possibly 3 or 4 (or 5 inches) and 2 ir 3 inches on the sides and back?
Can you do a tutorial on men's cuts?
Brittnee has anyone else ever asked this stupid question,ready,what is the easiest way to hold your comb and scissors without having to lay one or the other down…I know it seems so natural for you but it’s not,,help,thanks 😂

Love your energy. Can I ask? Where did you get the tool for 0° 90 and 180?
@JaneofArc

It's a protractor with a swing arm guide. I just checked Amazon and they have some various options that are similar to the one she is using. 😊
Is 180 degree cut good or bad for thin fine straight hair? Which cutting technique is best for long layers on thin fine hair?
Do you have to lean elbow high to get 135
Hi dear, what color toner do you have on your own hair today?
Can you do a haircut for thin thin hair Mine is very thin , i would like a cut that can help it look a little bit fuller, at a medium to shoulder length . Maybe im looking for more volume 🤔. Right now it reaches just above my lower back . I currently wear pony tails , i know that its bad for me . I'm scared to do anything to it.
I like the square layers, but find that my length (especially in the front) tends to be really thin and jagged. Any tips?

When you do around the ears you should over direct it back behind the ear. This keeps weight and prevents a hole around the ear. I'm a licensed cosmetologist for 20 years this should help. 😊
Happy Easter!. Why triagles in the back and not in the front?.
@BrittneeAlexus
Жыл бұрын
Happy Easter Susan! The head has more flat planes in the front so it's easier to use vertical subsections ( you can use pie shapes if you want though!)
How do I subscribe?
why no pizza-slices in the front? :)

You are an amazingly gifted cosmetology instructor, because Yahuah God Almighty didn't create everyone to teach, but when we come to faith in His One and Only Begotten Son, Yahusha Mashiah( Yeshua the Messiah), we can DEFINITELY glorify YAH our Elohim with whatever gifting. "He fashions their hearts individually; He considers all their works." Psalms 33:15 NKJV .NKJV " For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them." Ephesians 2:9-10 KJV
I want you to cut my hair!
I would have never dropped out of beauty school if you were my instructor, where I went we were thrown in a room and left alone. No direction, no inspiration, no getting us excited to learn.
