You need to peep deep into the video. This exForest Officer is surely generating profits not by manufacturing and selling poles to Forest Dept where he neutralizes his costs but the profits are hidden in selling the biochar, fuel pellets, and other byproducts he makes. Why else will someone waste his time and lock his resources. However if anyone is thinking on similar patterns from MP , should avoid since you do not have the reach that a retired staff has in the forest department unless your productline is totally different and target end user too.
