Comparison with samosa is good but not appropriate. Samosas are much more in demand. Market for eggs is far smaller. Moreover if your compare future and present prices, you must also compare past prices. Samosas were once 50 paisa and eggs 80 paisa per piece. This was 40 years back. Today samosa cost slightly more than eggs. This is all due the respective markets. Comparison is not appropriate.
Total area 22000 sft is wrong . 1200 sft one bed and 100 beds means 120000 sft means its more than 3 acers.
