Hi, Herry I don't have words to convey my appreciation that you giving us precious videos with great examples to learn. They are very helpful.
Thank you, dear Harry, due to your natural pronunciation and speaking tempo all your explanations are very well understandable, even if for a German speaker occasionally a word is (still) unknown. I can listen in quite relaxed and do this again and again, actually quite casually, to gradually improve my English. So thank you, keep it up!

These are mostly for speaking,
Hello dear Harry, I like very much your videos, I always find them educative. I just wanted to ask you about the sentence you used while explaining the idiomatic expression « in the nick of time » . You said « arrive in the airport « .I thought that we usually use arrive in +a country or a town and with all smaller places like airports, hotels, work we use the preposition at .
What a great time we are living. All you need is will to learn.

Hi Harry, your lessons are definitely useful and help me expand my vocabulary. In this video, I was wondering if the idiom "bite the bullet" is similar to another one "grit your teeth"? Is there a difference between them? Thank you for your explanation in advance!
@LearnEnglishwithHarry
7 ай бұрын
They're similar but not exactly the same. "Grit your teeth" is more about physically clenching your teeth rather than confronting a difficult situation directly.
Hii sir! Your videos are really helpful. But sir please upload videos on academic vocabulary ❤
