I respect your opinion but if there were enough lay people who are as aware, confident and knowledgeable of our rich cultural diversity, spiritual traditions, customs and ancient and recent history as these articulate and well versed monk chithues then you wouldn't have to be saying this. But Alas we don't have lay people who can fill in their shoes. So, these monk chithues are serving a bigger purpose than you think.

In bylakupe their is bakhang n changkhang which is obviously illegal but police r corrupt n our kongola play dump , now where is the role of tibetan government even can't stop that illegal so i request penpa tsering la to stop that even he also know that place becoz u r also from bylakupe
