Welcome to 1791 Helm Street, a stunning custom-built four bedroom, five washroom executive home on a prestigious cul-de-sac within the Dunbarton neighbourhood of Pickering.

If I was that mom I'd make all those kids clean their own bathrooms as soon as they were old enough! I would have enuf to clean without 'em and they wouldn't be growin' up with silver spoons........lol!

Bit on the bland side, color wise--just like nearly every house out there--but that wallpaper in the bedroom does have a certain panache that most houses lack. The woodwork and brass details on the railing are very nice, though--actually bookmarking this to show my own contractor.
I will own a home like this soon!

I would buy this in a heartbeat, this home is magnificent !
I would preferr a two car garage if it meant that my house could be further from the neighbors house. I like being able to see pretty skies out my windows and I’d like for my house not to catch on fire because the neighbors burning house was so close to mine. Pretty house but a lot of waisted space. I really like the combination of brick and natural stone.

I really love the floors in this house looks very luxurious and elegant
I had a very huge 6 bedroom 5.5 bathroom before. Never again. Too much wasted space. And it was too much to furnish and clean.

Love it, regardless of neighbour proximity 😒 I love when the laundry room is upstairs and the master is not right next to other bedrooms and people can't take two steps inside and see right into your kitchen👏👏👏

@@DreamBadd I've seen 1 Vegas video that was under 400K. It sucked. Most of the ones I have seen are 700-800K range. Apparently the kitchen is now the living room, with chandeliers and loads of extraneous BS. I'm not a fan of hanging out in the kitchen. It's a workspace, as far as I'm concerned, not a salon.

@@DreamBadd I had that figured out long ago. I cooked professionally for many years, I also worked in a hotel restaurant and was a butler in a private home. I love a separate dining room or buffet table where my guests can relax and be segregated from work areas. I don't need to show off my pots and pans or place overflowing trash cans out in the open during a large house party. A new feature being incorporated now in this 'open plan' layout is a 2nd 'messy' kitchen...where the main food prep is actually done! That sort of defeats the purpose of a show kitchen. Designers are coming back to what has proven more practical than a glorified family room. I have nicer things for my guests to admire than granite countertops and high end appliances.

Beautiful home
Great home and I love the office, bathrooms and the lower level entry area. Once the lower level is done, it will be very inviting. The only thing I would change is Master on the main floor and a larger laundry room.

Very nice floor plan, layout home, love the wooden floors, the kitchen, with the stove on the wall anti splashes is great.. most designer don't think on details like that.. they just do what they believe is beauty not functional

It´s nice and very big. Also sehr schön und großzügig. Ja zum sauber halten ist dies ist sehr zeit intensiv. Am Garten finde ich gut, dass er nach und nach gestaltet werden kann. Jedoch alles wesentliche ist schon vorhanden, wie Garagen das keiner der Bewohner im Winter Autoscheiben enteisen müsste und alle haben Platz genug. Ist nett und schon luxeriös. Auch draußen kann der Garten dann nach eigenen Vorstellungen gestaltet werden, dies ist gut so kann ein Gartenkonzept nach und nach entwickelt werden. Ja. Gut. Es gibt richtig gute Ideen. Herzlich gut und Schulen in der Nähe auch weiterführende ja an alles vieles soll dann bevor man umzieht gedacht werden. Nicht nur zum shoppen sondern Ärzte die erreichbar sein könnten. Jedoch alles kann ja nie so perfekt sein. Alles nach Plan abarbeiten geht ja nicht, denn dann kann es mit so einer Entscheidung für eine angemessene Immobilie eine Herausforderung werden. Ist dies hier in Canada ? Mmh. Schön es anzusehen. Herzlich Beate Magdalena.

Charles Lassiter well let us be Blount right back. The furniture wasn't even in the house to begin with. They just rent it for staging purposes. Also the furniture is not included in any house for sale so is irrelevant. We also love you people. Thank you for hanging with us 🙏

When beds are placed against the wall on its side and not by the headboard, it makes me thinks the builder/stager is trying to disguise a small room as spacious

I would rather take a little size off the home to allow some room between the homes. They are so close, this is more like a brownstone. where I live I think building the homes this close is against the building code. still, very nice home.
