When you live in NYC, where an apt the size of the master bedroom can easily go for $5K a month, all you can do is siiiiiiigh at these amazing ATL properties. As for that basement: home gym, sports lounge and pool room written all over it!!!

Wow!!! Amazing property. I've never seen a basement with that much natural light. A truly stunning home!

I envisioned me and family in this house ! Not my kids but I envisioned my nieces and nephews visit me for a whole summer here ! I love this!!!!

OMG this home is so awesome that pink bedroom can almost be another master bedroom and that basement could be turned into a little unit fir guest or mother in law plus pool room another lovely home. Now just got to win the lottery and move to Atlanta lol

Beautiful home. It has my favorite touches (kitchen sink faces the window, catwalk, 2nd staircase). I like that the basement is unfinished so the buyer can design the space. Personally, I wish the seller took their furniture with them. The interior would show better either fully staged or empty.

Doris, it does have a lot of square footage and if you finish the basement that could be an additional 3000 sq. ft.

I knew this was going to be a beauty from the outside. And the master bedroom is to die for. And the kitchen. This is like a mansion. Janice you are incredible.

Why all that talk let's turn that around to hey what will it take for me to get a place like this? Good credit? FHA LOAN? Saving 10k in your CHECKING ACCOUNT for a few years 5 to be exact. Show the bank you can manage money. Only spend the money you put in to pay your bills so that 10k would end up being maybe 11k in 2 years and that will get yourself a home loan from any bank. If it doesn't come back to this comment section I know a BLACK OWNED BANK that I will make sure get you that loan.

Great kitchen and family room. Great for entertaining. Create great family memories in this beautiful home.

Many people are talking about the unfinished basement. I understand why builders leave them unfinished. But if an individual can afford to purchase this property then finishing a basement shouldn't be a problem. And it allows you to come up with your own custom design. For me personally the 3 car garage and decks are a definite plus! Overall this is an extremely beautiful spacious extraordinary home that I'm sure most people would love to own!

Beautiful floorplan, fixtures and finishes. Shows as new. Can tell they have not been in there long as they still have the temporary paper window treatments up in some of the rooms. Owners suite absolutely incredible!

I have an elderly friend who had a house with her husband and he decided to keep adding on to the house and when he died she was left maintaining the huge house similar to this one. If you are young enough and have the income coming in great but for an elderly person who is new to keeping up with all the maintenance, doing so can be extremely overwhelming.

This is truly my favorite home I have seen so far! I love 💕 it!

So close to the neighbors though. House that big and beautiful its a shame no privacy.

House goals!!! Beautiful entrance, an actual porch in Atlanta seems rare, loved the landscaping and elongated porch. Once inside your welcomed with lots of natural lighting, and open space. The white and gold wall contrast and trimming really shows off the natural lighting and appliances. I would change out some of the chandeliers and or fans to match the white and gold. Beautiful kitchen, it allows for social interaction and of course access to the pool and patio (we didn't get to see from the kitchen) the owners suite with the fireplace is its own Utopia, definitely a selling point, gorgeous bathroom and a large walk in closet with a divider and plenty of room for his and her. Upstairs you have the narrow tight hallways...ugh. Large bedrooms, lots of closet space and I'm assuming that the bathrooms were spacious as well (side eye). I kept trying to understand WHY would anyone want to move from this place (White house or Mansion excluded) until the unfinished basement, they ran out of money. The endless possibilities (another kitchen, gym, hair station, play or activity room, theater room plus additional bed and bathrooms). Your definitely going to spend money completing this forever home and it's worth it, you get to design your own Eupora. The pool was just the builders way of showing off, I would have loved to see more of the backyard but I was sold on the drive up. Gorgeous home.

The pink bedroom I can see that as a 2nd master bedroom and my son would love it! I'm just a little disappointed that the basement is unfinished because I know this home is running in the million dollars range. The backyard is beautiful and the pool I love. Love the homes layout...the only thing that I'd change is all the gold...Gold has a tendency to look dated quickly....l think l would stay with black like the door knobs and hinges....but other than that it's beautiful

I like that the basement wasn't completely finished so it would be finished off by the new owners. But the previous owners left so fast they left not only their work out equipment but they left their Crocs behind.

What's the asking price

Possibilities are endless. I would finish the basement. Make an outside shower, restroom....for the pool area. So, that people don't bring chlorine feet in my house. Make the backyard and oasis. And enjoy great summer days/nights by the pool. Love some of the accent walls. However I would add some deep colors. Beautiful home. Great for MY FOREVER home buyer
