    Did you modify the intake to create a more jet like sound? There is hardly any motor noise audible, just a loud whoosh sound which is great. In my experience suboptimal intakes, especially cheater holes perpendicular to the direction of flight, sound great.

    GREAT FLYING!! I love the way you fly close to the deck were contrast in speed can be seen. What is your efflux from this fan? It has to be sick ... I haven't seen many fans over 200 mph efflux from the fan installed with the thrust tube but to go 200 mph in the jet the efflux has to be around that number or even higher. Thx in advance

I’m Dutch but it’s better to understand then the original English language haha 😜 About the sound of real petrol jets, it’s the impellers what caused the sound and not the burning chamber.

I like lots of 67% @120A cruising and the 18000 would be @14kg and give 8-10min. Not sure 3p will stay cool enough even though the plane would be nice and lite.

    Great Plane ,i think the effency isnt very good.My 90mm have 3.2 Kg of thrust at 108 Amps and 6s. A 130mm Fan must have a thrust between 20- 25 Kg of thrust at this power consumption.Try different EDF Motors and see what happen.I testet 5 Motors to find the optimal performance .

  • @edfhobbies556

    @edfhobbies556

    Жыл бұрын

    What's the efflux of your 90mm EDF? Thx in advance Efflux or exit air speed out of the thrust tube installed is a pivotal factor in jet performance,. To go over 200 mph hr the efflux of the EDF in the video most likely is over 300 mph. The static thrust of an EDF can be high and Efflux speed be low the model will go the speed of the low efflux but get there quicker.
