I haven't made it all the way through the video yet, but I'm over here yelling at you to tie two of the rubber strands around the stick. LOL

Tie fishing around the ball and then to the stick. Let the stick rest on the mold and hold the ball up. When you cut the fishing line it should disappear in the resin. This is such a cool idea!

I was thinking the same thing, clear fishing line tied to the base of a few strands of the ball. The line would allow adjustment in the length of the line and placement inside the mold

Love this,so cool.I would have used a glue gun to stick it to the lollipop stick as it’s not touching the resin. The holographic helped reflect the light around the skull.I think more than if you had left it plain underneath..Teal,y is cool, and a great way to use those balls too.🥰

Julie if you just cut a little hole in the middle of that stick and stick the fibers in there then put the UV resin on top of it then use the lamp it would work a lot more better 😊. I love watching your videos, you give me so much inspiration and ideas of different types of things to do in resin. I’m almost down the bottom of your page of watching your videos. I’m a fan! Keep up the good work! I seen the video of your grandson doing his handprints in resin, such an adorable idea. If you don’t mind I’m going to steal it.

I'm scared to do my first pour too. Then again, I was scared to use my first power tool! A drill. Now I LOVE my power tools! I have a drill, little saw, Dremel tool, sander and I'll probably get some more power tools later! Sometimes about all you can do is to accept the first time won't be perfect, give it a shot and worry about clean up after. Once you've gotten the experience, then you can worry about perfect!

You'd save yourself a lot of work if you got some clear fishing line and a sewing needle. Easy attachment to these kind of string balls and easy to adjust the height with a slip knot at the end tied to a stick. Honestly, you could use the line to suspend anything with a bit of that instant glue or the UV resin and then cut off any excess string or just leave it in if the whole thing doesn't need to be crystal clear. Fishing line is very useful stuff. 😄 That said, this turned out really funky, as if the Rainbow Brite character went goth and wanted some new decor at her place, lol. Rainbow Goth it is! I like it! 😁👍
