07:22 this chat about tobacco improving conversation is 100% true. I'll never forget when all the kids at my bus stop started smoking cigs. I never did, and so I never had an excuse to hang out and shoot the shit with them. Kids used cigarettes as a way to mingle with the opposite sex, build alliances, etc. Those of us who didn't smoke were just silent individuals waiting for a bus.

Listening to this in 2024 and hearing him launch Patreon on this episode is wild. Worked out so well.

This is the nicest podcast I’ve ever watched. This is the kind of podcast my parents would listen to on special occasion like once a year. I can’t believe I’m having a podcast like this on some random Friday at work. This one is going in my journal.

His rants are art.

The episodes 150's 's up to 200 and perhaps a few more, is peak Tim Dillon performance, truly. He is great now but there was just something about this last batch of episodes before his grand emergence. Good for him, he is the best right now.

Amazing this is still going on 4 years later.... and no one has gone to jail

Creating the Patreon was the best decision of his life. It's incredible how fast it grew.

Tim’s the kind of guy that has enough intellect and self awareness to be successful in any career that doesn’t ban fat people. Dude is master salesman.

Tim was on my mind when I had to come up with a good lie recently. I rehearsed it too. Stupid me added some additional info not rehearsed and I tripped myself up. Stick to the script!

I love the intentional honesty coming out of Tim's lying bit. This guy is an absolute fucking genius when you see it.

Tim made me aware of the Franklin scandal, that story broke my mind and changed who i view the US and the world. I thought i kind of knew how the world works and I thought i was quite sceptical, but not nearly enough. Also as funny as it comes, and that even more important than the demons.
