Where did they say it was renovated out of their own pocket? There was a whole segment in the video where they were talking about the budget set by the couple. Pretty sure the couple paid for everything.

I wish they will tell us where they got the decor pieces and furniture,etc. when they do these transformations.

for ppl getting older to have a dining room with steps is a mistake. a vanity sink sticking out like that with sharp corners is another mistake. the hood and windows r stunning and so is the island

I liked this one, but I can imagine the guy's first question was: okay, cool, but where is the TV?! :D In other episodes they help more woth money, which did they not have here bit more at least for a tv. 😬😃

this one is totally a great fixer upper for sure! man i honestly know what it's like to live in a danger zone home or at least not the safest of homes & doing the dishes in the bathtub! unless you have very big pots & pans & other understandable large or in between Odd sizes objects to clean then it makes sense to do it that way but still it's not great feeling having to worry about your pipes giving out in winter & turn of the century piping that does not exist anymore for the last 50 year or more! & having other dangerous stuff going on with the electric wiring in this house in my home not trying to be a negative chit chat here i'm just saying what i know what it's like to deal with highly questionable house situation but when seeing a loving family like this get their home taken care of by well meaning people who keep their word on helping with such amazing finished results like this with a small kid who couldn't visit his own grandparents in their home is seriously off putting but now that's a different story & I love that for them! oh side note my family & i are fine okay & please wash your bathtub before & after washing objects like pots & pans Other stuff like that in it Before & after using the bathtub when washing stuff that isn't usually meant for the bathtub like food related objects like pots & pans because the different soaps & washing products could be harmful that if not clean well or um trace elements left from bathing & trace elements that could make you seriously sick if those little tiny bits get stuck on the pots & pans small enough we would not being able to see so not cleaning bathtub before & after cloud possibly lead to getting sick it's just a small but fast important little step to take when doing that i understand unwanted advice but it's just meant to be a simple reminder okay thank you Nate & Jeremiah for all the hard work your Crew do!

I normally love their designs but this one really seemed to miss the mark IMO. I don't care for that hood AT ALL and the open area around the island looks like it was left out of the plan, then thrown in at a later time. That raised area SUCKS!! The only part I really like is the old fashioned sitting area that was once the LR. The two spaces don't work together at all IMO.

No excuse for living like that for 16 years. That's just lazy. The reno was beautiful though.

Not a big fan of the design. Lovely couple, and I'm so happy they have a lovely home now. There's just... Too much material. Everything is so bulky. All the materials are heavy, dense and opaque.

The bright internet likely match because insurance affectively settle following a used earth. accessible, skillful pimple
