its common. i need oxygen after 1 min even when breathing too, its common for people not to breathe when jumping.that just means that we are not fit.

I find where you just swing the rope from side to side (with both hands) difficult. Maybe it's just my rope or I'm doing something wrong because when I bring it back to jump through it gets tangled up.

I think the jump rope he is using is likely weighted so you can do double unders and the side to side. Regular jump rope isn’t heavy enough so it’ll go all over the place.

Cool video dude, useful info. I'm fairly advanced at jump rope, but I definitely need to get a "Cross Fit" style rope as I double unders seem very difficult with my rope. Going to try your Squat s technique (Number 12) this morning. I have a Trick for you...i think i saw floyd mayweather do it...you basically do a "side to side" then completely do a 180 turn while keeping the rope going but now you will be skipping backwards! HARD!

Hey Shane! When you're doing "Mike Tyson's' squat jumping are your feet flat on the ground, or just balls of feet? Love your vids man, they helped me a lot. I remember when i couldnt skip rope for 1 minute without mistake, now i can go 10 -15 minutes straight with some tricks along the way.
