take the working capital as zero, it is not mandatory that working capital is always given. if not given take it as zero only

Ma'am, you've made a mistake in the calculation. The "II cash inflow" value is 9,00,000/4, which equals 2,25,000. However, while calculating the cost of the average investment, you've written 2,50,000 instead of 2,25,000.

That 2,50,000 is the working capital given in question that's why used in avg invest....
