So basically at 2:08 the reason why the reaction with gas fluids is different from non gas fluids is because what happens is that, when the bottle is hit water does not have enough time to go with the bottle and a vacuum is created at the bottom of the bottle. Gas fluids are, of course a mix between gas and a fluid and the vacuum created at the bottom is quickly filled up with the gas of the drink. Credits to mark robber for teaching this :)

search it up. basically i think its cuz the water vapor underneath the water (from the head) allows it to float on the pan like air hockey stuff, and it also prevents it from vaporizing (i forgot why tho).

it's the leidenfrost effect. it's because the water that makes contact with the pan forms vapour & acts as a barrier to the rest of the water. eventually all the water gets used up & evaporates though :)

Not necesseraly, it works if the frequency chosen is close from the frenquency at which your camera take a picture (like the number of images per second of the film)
