I've had some of my best conversations on front porches and back porches.. It completely makes sense

The porch era is unmatched

Almost 3 years later and the studio question has now turned into a running bit that I'm not sure will ever end.

He's got a great point. Once you get sober things don't immediately get better. That's when things get hard. There's a lot of residual trauma sometimes that needs to be mended if you ever want to feel whole again.

I just started following that clown to hear more gems of wisdom.

He’s right, a lot of the time they don’t want you to succeed or do better. If you’re a failure they’re happy because they can only relate to that.

I like the porch, it makes me feel like I’m willing to be outdoors.

I can TOTALLY and COMPLETELY validate Tim's eloquent description of the sociopathologic group known as the boomers from my unfortunate personal experiences. I'm 10 years older than my boomer siblings and parents. It had been nothing less than a nightmare until I turned 50 y/o and exiled myself from them forever. It's been the best decision of my life. I can attest Tim's rant how self- centered, materialistic, and jealous these people can be. Ignored and dismissed, my best interests were never considered by these people, to the contrary. The more I suffered the better they felt. Just like Tim says! Tim I appreciate you so much for bringing this to light!

Its funny how Devon had to hold a microphone for 1 1/2 hrs of the show; earned my respect.

Buddha and Jesus also canceled their family. People ignore the time Jesus ghosted his mom when she was outside the synagogue asking to see him. Buddha said he ditched everybody against their wishes, crying begging etc. I’m not saying negligence is great, but tribalism isn’t sacred 100% of the time either.

The porch is way more relatable. Like talking to friends outside. People don’t talk to each other in studios in real life.
