pro tip from Alaska if you put it outside while you get geared up for the cold it will cool down enough for the snow not to stick to it, and a dusty motors cover will keep the snow out from the fans and such..... info shared from Alaska, bash on!!!

Did you get the high the high speed optional gearing with yours I got mine two days ago but no optional high speed gear in the box and I topped out at 44 MPH SO I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED to say the least any advice on how to get it up to the promised 60MPH MARK

Depends on what you wanna do. If u want a monster basher for flipping and stunts plus durability go xmaxx. If you want more speed and a lot of ground based bashing, go xrt.

Okay so get sponsored from Vita to save money and build a RC CAR... No offense that isn't the Ultimate XRT lol. Also its 4x4.... Why not have 4 paddle that things getting around terrible in the snow.

Dude the xmaxx ultimate doesn't come with the wide maxx kit on it. And one of the reasons why I will NEVER buy a Traxxas rig.
