Is the piece of concrete to indicate range of motion? Pretty impressive. Question- I’ve always heard my chest should hit the floor so that’s what I’ve been doing- is it very practical tho?

yes chest to the floor or very close to the floor is the most efficient way to do pushups in terms of building muscle and strength

Pyramid. We did 30 to 1 which is 465 reps, then 20 to 1 (210) a few times and at the end we put all of the numbers together

how many times a week do you do pushups?
This is wild, do you lift weights/body build too or you mainly just do calisthenics

@KES92 dang, so you built majority of your physique with just the calisthenic basics?
Thats amazing to push through the burn. But is this necessary? 1500. Is this something people strive to do? How many times a week are you doing this? How did you evek think to do it or want to do it? To many questions 😂
Not me watching them until they start the pushups, skips to the middle to check how they are doing, goes to the end and thinks, ah nice:)
That was just awesome
This is impressive as fk. Nice work
