Lombardo’s drum tracks are easy to pull off, especially after ‘RIB’. Bostaph’s work with SLAYER is harder (more technical).

I am not a professional musician, but, as far as I heard in 40+ years, the drum part for this song is an absolute masterpiece and a landmark in music history, not just in the metal genre. Dave Lombardo earned his place in the drummer's Pantheon with this part. What Delta brings new is a totally "inhumane" drum approach. I am not referring at his speed, technique, the way he kicks (all amazing)......the BLAST here is the way he moves his hands. Perfection....

I just wanted to say as a new subscriber who recently found your channel a little over a week and half ago, every single video I’ve watched has led me to believe that you’re not just some regular guy who uploads drum covers on KZread just for fun! Yes you’re doing that to a certain degree but what I’m saying is, you’re not a regular person! You have to be a drummer who’s done extensive studio work as a musician and or someone who’s been a touring drummer. You may have been in a famous band or several famous bands but one thing is certain, you play the drums with such a fiery passion and with perfect form and immense drumming technique that you can’t be just a regular dude who does videos on KZread! I definitely mean no disrespect at all in what I’m saying. I have nothing but the highest admiration for you and the level of skill you possess! I also wanted to say that all of your hard work in tuning your snare, to how you mic your Kit, the camera angles you use, the amazing audio and camera editing that each video has, is not wasted at all! I appreciate all the hard work that goes into recording each and every video you make! As a drummer myself, I’ve learned quite a few things by watching you play and it’s definitely a joy hearing and seeing you attack all the songs on your channel! As a guitar player I've never really payed much attention to the drums in this song, but damn this is awesome. Great job!

What most people fail to see is his amazing command of time. How Lombardo sat behind the beat on this song, and how this guy replicates that perfectly, is nothing short of amazing.

Having played that track hundreds of times in the late ’90 I know the drill… Used the tom-snare-tom-snare in my own tracks - Lombardo style! Gave up drumming 10 years ago, but wait… why I am thinking of starting again? You nailed it! 🤘

I have been a drummer for a long time. DELTA.....I have seen many people do covers but in their style not the style of the artist that created the music. It's incredible your sound and your striking force and ability to channel the original player's playing style. Every video I see you do, you bring something special that makes it feel so authentic.
