Would love it if Dynamic Herb Cebu would have a stadium bigger than Camp Nou in Spain, Wembley Stadium in England and Rungrado Stadium in North Korea. But let's face it, this is far from reality even if we have enough money... It would be a waste to build a stadium like that because there's very few football fan in the Philippines. Sure we might get the highest attendance but that's only in the grand opening. We're like Lithuania of Asia. Lithuania and the Philippines are both Basketball country were as the neighbouring countries like Malaysia and Indonesia are football countries. If this happen, this should be also be the home of the men's and women's national team.

Sa Vietnam may pinuntahan kami g probinsya may mga nakita akong bata kahit sa likod bahay lang naglalaro ng football.. Yung mga Chekwa naman sa residence namin kahit sa basketball court naglalaro din sila football.. Siguro mas may chance na sumikat bansa natin sa football kaysa basketball.. Arena dyan only Luzon will benefit it. Cebu has a strategic central location.. simplier access.. scenic seaview. Dami pumupunta Cebu. Foreign tourists come in PH via Cebu. And these surrounding islands, bohol Leyte negros can easily come to Cebu via boats at an affordable price.

Pabor ako dito, bakit? Bukod sa pinakamalaking stadium sa mundo, first ever magkakaroon din tayong super laking stadium like other countries, hindi man tayo mahilig sa football or soccer kahit papaano mapapakinabangan parin naman ito eh, in the future kapag sumikat ang football sa atin like basketball magagamit natin ito at least meron na tayo at may maipagmamalaki. Bukod doon magagamit din ito gaya ng nga big events, religous, rallies, olympics/sea games/asian games host events, Kapag kailangan ng malaking stage ng isang artists na need ng stadium at marami pang iba. Napakasarap kaya sa feeling na mayroon din tayo nito at maka experience ng napakaraming crowd at chill ka lang sa pinaka tuktok hehe. Sana matuloy ito.

Cebu has malls, I mean, a LOT of malls. They're scattered everywhere in Cebu City and some outlets of malls are planned to open some others. These are the outlets of malls which has a mall/malls in Cebu City, especially including the other areas: SM, Ayala Malls, Robinsons Malls and Gaisano.

Well, there must be better ways to spend all this money. Football isnt a big thing here so why need this giant stadium in the long run? Infrastructural improvements would be of greater benefit to the island. I drove to oslob from the city not so long ago and the road was pretty terrible.

The OFWs are the ones keeping this country from becoming like other African nations (yet even Kigali City Rwanda and Botswana are still far better than us in a lot of areas). Maybe think about creating jobs for people and then these vanity projects should be the last priority.

That's all for grandstanding of our politicians. That 150,000-seater stadium can't be possible in Cebu unless it is used as an event venue for religious sects such as Philippine Arena by Iglesia ni Cristo and Davao's King Dome of Quiboloy. Cebu is mainly Roman Catholic and very few population adherents to INC and much less to KJC. The Philippine Arena is actually planned to be the venue for NIC's huge religious gatherings for all its members so is King Dome. They were not planned primarily to hold sports or musical events. If that 150K-seater arena is built in Cebu, it will be a big loss to the operator due to the absence of regular religious events of KJC as it has very few followers in Cebu. I think the Philippine is enough with Philippine Arena and King Dome. Let Quiboloy and Rama talk about their nonsense stories to themselves. Let them dream until they get intoxicated with it.:-)

We don't have other huge seasonal or periodic sports events like the ones in Europe, USA, South America, and Australia where they always have football, basketball, rugby, baseball, cricket, track & field, etc. on a regular basis. That Philippine Arena, as I said before, was made to accommodate INC's adherents for their regular religious and not exactly made on purpose for sports events or commercial events.

How come building a 150k seater and right beside is the SM seaside CONVENTION ARENA? So there is a competition with these? Better to leave just an open space for park and picnic area.. 😢😮❤
