I think the Philippines in general will have more people visiting once the New Manila International Airport (NMIA) opens and international flights move from NAIA to NMIA. All SM malls should be able to handle the extended crowds once NMIA opens. NMIA is also expected to have revived routes and additional routes served non-stop for the first time.

All malls look alike to be honest. I’ve been to that mall but I prefer Ayala mall. It takes awhile to reach that mall by taxi, traffic backs up over there.

@@bighand1530 they’re mostly the same, but Filipinos say SM Seaside is better. I prefer Ayala because it’s close to my hotel in the heart of Cebu, SM seaside you have to drive up there. It’s just a proximity thing for me.

Although this mall looks nice, SM Mall of Asia is much Bigger than this..
Di magtatagal at gagawin nilang reclamation area yang bahagi ng dagat sa seaside gaya ng ginagawa ngayon ng mga kapitalista sa may MOA seaside. That's how money works. Trust me it's just a matter of time.

Not possible. It’s a sealane. Vessels pass through that area and Cebu is the home base of 80% of the shipping companies in the Philippines.
