you guys are so right, travel really enlightens you and opens up your world. I now definitely have more appreciation for those I see that are visiting and how different it must be for them. Just small things that you wouldn't think are different or you overlook on a daily basis, will surprise you

Very inspiring to hear what travel does to everyone. If you replay the video, you notice that travel did 1 common thing for everyone...made them free and open. It is a beautiful experience.

Well... :) SO MANY things! But one thing: Now that I have done a year-long backpacking trip across Latin America and have come back to Quebec (just for a year... Preparing to leave again and live a life of pure travel :)) I have become even MORE curious to immerse myself in different places and cultures. It is a weird thing to explain: it's like, I know that there's "this cool place" in Berlin, an interesting corner there in Japan, these specific musicians somewhere in Bolivia, groups of djembé players somewhere in Africa, delicious middle eastern food in Lebanon, a music teacher that could change my life in India, etc...(I am a musician) And I can't live my life without absorbing and diving in as many of those things as possible! It's like an itch, I can't help it and I am SO curious to live through all these different experiences. Don't know if you know what I mean :)

I absolutely understand! That's why I've been travelling pretty non-stop for the past 12 years haha. It's the best. We were born to wander.

Travel changed me at all..... Sometimes you just realize how much on the hard time... Last year I spent 3 months travelling the world and the past 2 months I've been hospitalized... I'm so impressive how I''m much more patience I have after the trip! Sometimes times doesn't go the way we expected!

frankly, as a long-time nomad, i have a problem with travelers claiming that they are more sofisticated and 'complete' in comparison to people who did not have the luxury to travel...it teaches you some things, but then you miss other things you could have learned by staying in your own place and advancing there. tamar aviva baras

So very true. I love that. I've found through travel that I'm most comfortable when I'm uncomfortable, meaning the more out of my element I am the better.
