✅ 15 SWIMMING EXERCISES of the Total immersion swimming method | Efficient Swimming

Спорт

I have prepared 15 SWIMMING drills of the Total Immersion method that will help you swim the CROL style with BALANCE and in HYDRODYNAMIC position. All the exercises explained with details and TRICKS to make it easier to understand.
You will notice from the first training a more FLUID and ELEGANT swimming.
The big mistake of most swimmers who want to swim fast is to start with the propulsion, which is the part that consumes the most energy.
But if you start with balance and hydrodynamic exercises, you will significantly reduce turbulence and drag without getting tired. These exercises will also help you improve your back or back style. All exercises are simple and suitable for beginners and advanced swimmers.

Thanks for the video! I am adept of "total immersion", I bought Terry's book and I watch his video. Now you have shed light on many details I didn't understand. In my country (Romania) there are no "total immersion" followers, that's why I train alone and it's very hard for me.

If a picture is worth a thousand words, a video is worth gold.

A lot of very un-TI movements going on. Hand/arm positions are not good. When doing underswtich, way too much kicking. The same with swing-switch. There seems to be a lack of focus on rotation. There seems to be an emphasis on forcing the hand into the water rather than dropping it in and letting body rotation push the hand/arm to the x-y spot. Keep working.
