In case of hard lives, Gohan isn't the only exception, future trunks also fall into the same category since he face extreme hardships since his very moment of birth. Also the age one did make sense regarding the fact they are completely alien species who even spend years in time chamber.

apparently saiyans hit a growth spurt at around 14-15 that's why Goku went from chonk small kid to adult or so people have theorized and after that they don't change much at all till they turn 80 retaining their prime.

Pan is technically 25% saiyan since Gohan is half human and half saiyan since Videl is human, right?

What if all the kids are small because they trained and exercised too hard and stunted their growth? That would explain in GT how the girls are normal teens, with Pan being on the small side because she trains, but not to the ridiculous damaging level that the boys did in Z?

Depends on how 18’s android bits work. If she has say cells that repair damaged tissue built into her dna then marron is very much an “android”. Basically gero wasnt doing robot stuff like astro boy or Cyborg(dc) he was doing cellular genetic stuff which he perfected in cell. Since cell doesnt absorb artificial stuff like clothing but 17 and 18 are designed to boost him im sure they were augmented on a dna based level and traits like those can possibly be passed on. Only thing removable was her kill switch

I love how he is using SO MUCH Dragon Ball Legends art.

Krillin was four when entering the Orin Temple, likely around when he was orphaned. Goku was orphaned at three years old and came to Earth the same year Krillin was. Goku was born one year after Krillin. Both children were treated as weaklings by the people that had some great significance in their lives. Both trained under Master Roshi and were child prodigies. Both proved the people that ridiculed them wrong, and both had a kid or two with a wife who can actually kick ass. (Also part of the reason that Krillin likely connects with 18/Lazuli is because she and 17/Lapis were also without parents. And tbh Krillin was also kinda mean and leaned towards possible delinquency due to being raised in a hostile environment with bullies.)

Honestly a better explanation would be that it’s an evolution thing. Goku, vegeta, gohan and the others don’t need a tail since they have super sayain now, so the trait just died off

Dbz characters only age when they undergo a time skip, otherwise no dice. Goten and trunks only went in the time chamber once and it would've been weird for them to change designs that soon, sadly they never got another time skip moment to change designs and neither will anyone else until the end of Z.

About the tails, since all the children are part human we can also say that maybe the dominant Gene would be human when it comes to having a tail and that maybe Gohan had a one off bc it happens sometimes, similar to how eyes can be inherited by parents and there's a greater chance for the dominant gene colour of eyes to be inherited but there's a small chance for it not to be inherited

Marin's aging actually does make sense since Android 18 is well.. an "android" (whatever that means in the dragonball universe). I'm not sure if Shenron made her (and 17) fully human or if he just removed the bomb and other control circuits within her, seeing as she is still ridiculously powerful. Marin may not be entirely human and so could age very slowly or even not at all. Also Krillin is quite short, maybe she just got her height from him :P

Android is a catch all term in DB, referring to artificial humanoids. There are a few different types, but 17 and 18 were born human and modified by Gero. Both 17 and 18 are nearly completely biological. This is opposite Android 16, who was completely mechanical. It's also different from the android type that Cell is, who was a bio-android from birth.

Shenron did not make her fully human. In DBS she and her brother 18 have an unlimited supply of energy. If they had become fully human, they would have lost that trait.

There were a couple of bits referencing warrior kids, but those bits almost never referenced Bulla (granted, the only time she's a fighter is in the Dragon Ball Fusions video game...)

Goku 12 years old looks younger than 7 and 8 trunks and Goten And until the tournament when he admitted that he was 12 you could argue that it was a retcon they could’ve changed it to make him the same age to Krillin. Until he was 14 years old until they decided hey he is 12. The joke of him being 14 was that Bulma was giving him a bath and her being 16 she thought he was much younger until he said he was 14 and freaked out because they were 2 years apart. But age in Dragon Ball was never really important anyway I mean DBS Bulma says she is younger than she really is. I don’t remember when I saw this but even Bulma said she met him since he was like 5 which isn’t true but it could be an exaggeration. Plus wasn’t Teen Gohan really 11?! I guess you could argue Room spirit and time made him older (Hyperbolic Time Chamber) Adult Gohan is really the Teen since he was in high school being between 16-18 years old and the the whole Piccolo being only 4 years older than Gohan He grew to the size of an adult within what 4 years I don’t remember how long the tourney was between King Piccolo Arc and Ma Junior Piccolo Arc. But you could argue he aged faster than regular Namekians because he is still linked to Kami even being an offspring of king Piccolo. But no doubt a retcon when it comes to Dende and other namekians and again age never really mattered

When? I just remenber it skipping 6 month again when vegeta train with Whis but nothing else in the beginning and the whole series (super) take 2 years in total

Rod to in episode 3 that would have been the time where videl was pregnant, Pan is only 4 at the end of Z. So by that logic in between episodes 2 and 3 about 4 years have passed. Episode one did start only 6 months after the Buu battle tho you’re right about that

@@Mad_Beefs but you can't take the end of Z as an exemple because it was deleted of the story just think about when vegeta and goku were wondering who to take for the tournament between universe 6&7 one of them suggest Uub but the other say he is still a baby when Pan herself is a baby and at the end of Z when Pan is 4 Uub is 10 so your reasoning don't work

Rod to uub is not a baby he’s a little kid it was shown in the dB super manga. And uub isn’t that much older than Pan either

I love how they named this rules that kids need to follow while the actual content of the video is just cool facts about the children

Imagine if Gohan became the main Character in Dbz in the Cell and Buu saga, and if Goten and Trunks actually aged maybe Gohan could train them and then the time of the tournament of power ark they could be main characters in Super 2??!!! I think it’s a cool theory anyways

On the masters thing, Trunks trained under Vegeta, his father. So that didn’t make sense. Goten and Trunks also lost their moms when Buu ate Bulma and turned Chichi into an egg

Each class of Saiyan looks similar, and due Bardock being a low class warrior, goku looks like him, the same for Gohan and Goten. Not all half Saiyan looks like Goku or Vegeta bug they still have some resemblance to them

Well unfortunately akira didnt really want the kids to get as much exposure as goku did as a kid so they never aged due to the inconsistent timeline...as for the tail thing i remember someone saying all tails were removed early to avoid another gohan incident
