I was attempting for an exam since 2014, from 2014 to 2021 failed in 5 exam, once I came across your video at first I felt bore but indeed I listen to it to improve my English and word power later on I realised the content in your video in not just English but a live changing principles, I start to adopt it and became habitual of such videos, in 2023 I attempted same exam and cleared interview with ease, Thank you for being part in achieving my dream job.

#8 I thought I was but perhaps I wasn't. I helped multiple felons with food, clothing, tax years unfilled, jobs, resumes and when I was in trouble, none of these "rehabilitated" fools called me once. Maybe they didn't like the white boy who wasn't a felon. Who knows. Be careful who you help should be #8.5 Some of these mother fuckers will resent you for having a better brain, even though your heart is only equal, and may be less than theirs.

These lessons are applicable to any situation in life and are not just for the past but for the future as well.
Since I start listening to your videos my patterns of life have changed for the better.
It is a really challenging world, not only out there in reality but deep in our minds as well. I find these principles as a very valuable guide to conquer both the outside & inside world. i did take them to heart & I thank you for your wisdom. challenge accepted.

"Hang on to your youthful enthusiasms - you’ll be able to use them better when you’re older." - SENECA -
"The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts." - Marcus Aurelius
One of the most impactful lessons from the video is the importance of being a master of ourselves. In a world filled with distractions and temptations, cultivating self-discipline is essential for personal growth and success. Seneca's teachings inspire us to take control of our actions, emotions, and decisions, empowering us to stay committed to our goals even in the face of adversity.
A good lesson in wisdom
Timeless Lessons. True ... I have no idea how 14 minutes past... Really great guidance 👏

Great reminder on the core principles, indeed Stoics should indeed take challenges as an opportunity to grow
This is great! I do these on a daily basis. I truly wish more people did as well.

I never comment on videos, but I must for this one. I was going to switch my current college major from Environmental Biology to English, the reason being it was going to be easier for me, since I'm good at writing. However, after listening to these points of advice, especially #1 and #7, which really made me think differently and opened my eyes, I decided to stick to my current major. Yes, it is VERY hard at times, but I know that I will gain personal growth and will be happier in the end with my job. This video is the inspiration I needed. :^)
Thank you. 😎
Appreciated for uploading to educate and lead us to the brighter step ahead. As always I admire and respect the learnings from Stoicism, of course Seneca, who is a true hero for all of us. As I commit myself to learn a new learning for my life, this clip gives me a huge empowerment. Can’t thank you enough, big thanks.
