15 Signs of Fake Nice People Who You Need To Avoid

Let's look at some of the signs of fake nice people who you need to avoid. Trying to tell the difference between someone who is genuinely nice and someone who is faking it can be a bit challenging. That’s because some people are really good at hiding their true emotions! But, as good as they are, there are still some clues that give away their personality - and knowing these can come in handy.
Paying attention to the signs of fake nice people is something worth doing. Yes, in some cases, it’s acceptable to put on an act, if not doing so would seriously mess things up. We’ve all been in situations like that. But generally speaking, a truly authentic person is the same on the outside as they are on the inside; while a fake person expresses attitudes, behaviors, and thoughts that aren't truly their own.
These individuals quickly turn into toxic friends and toxic relationships. That’s why it’s important to be able to recognize fake nice people, so you can avoid them. It’s best to keep an eye out for these kind of people, and make room for more genuine relationships in your life.

Aim the cut off thing I'm glad you mentioned it Asbergerz do this, all the time. ....but it is,for different reasons....its a, cueing issue. Happens to me all the time....even on the phone, with operators. We both start speaking at the same time. But when some others do it I notice it is a intentional control tactic yes? It derails me Escalates,me And feels oppressive when done from a controlling perspective. This took me 4 ever to figure it out btw So....i have a cueing issue... And so.etimes have to watch speaking over people...but if you know me you know it is a curing issue. It took me 4 years to firmly say.... Do not speak over me Stop interrupting me I would really appreciate it if you would let me finish You just did it again your intentionally interrupting me escalating me when I just asked you to stop doing that It takes,a lot of courage Often a narc will interrupt and,say "can I talk now" and your in the middle making your point and poor you get derailed. I had to learn rapid fire techniques like stating no ...let me finish...dont talk over me.... And say it several times until they stop and they do... Then when I'm finished (unfortunately you can see that an a sbergers trait is in fact being long winded....and repeating yourself -yuke), they speak and I listen deeply and carefully. You know what...my favorite people to speak with are foreigners. These things don't seem to manifest as often...they can have a wider vocabulary.... I find sincerity as well. Course it depends on the country they are from lol Other signs of fake people....aum watch out for the mean streak How about this thought....statistical analysis of fake people in job genres Actors Doctors Law Enforcement😎😉😀 Lawyers Sales Politics Environmentalists Scientists Body builders Carpenters Artists (must be fake , bizarre does not count) Choreographers Writers Hairdressers Muse.i.shuns😎😉 The list goes on lol How would we measure this..... Maybe brainy dose can informally sir.vey? Be on the vanguard I say...do something different from the status quo

From a personal experience with a 'fake nice person'…Fake nice people have potential to be good at manipulation. If they cannot get what they want from you, they don’t leave you alone or bailed out on you - they can resort to blackmail. You either submit to their ill-will demands or walk out on them.

*My favorites:* *#4:* Continually wanting your attention/ validation Because their life story & any narrative they give of it is fiction, they check you with phrases like "Do you believe me" & "Dont you agree." Typically this constant prodding gives away their insecurity. Consequently as you their "new friend" get to know them & this pretentious game of theirs, naturally you stop giving them this attention they always crave. This makes them even more insecure than before. Although not every "pretender" who fictionalizes their life story is a narcissus, nonetheless *this is the ultimate weapon against narcissuses!* *#6:* They dont pay attention to what you have to say They want to be the center of attention, esp when alone with you. Although they can be masterful at draining all the attention (& mental energy) from you that they can, you will find their attention is always on something or someone else when its your turn to speak *#7:* Never trust a gossiper! Anyone who criticizes & attacks someone to you behind their back will do the very same thing to you, when youre back is turned

I think I would prolly know what a FAKE FRIEND is when I see one... One person whom I thought at first was my 'best buddy' that I knew and associated with for at least 15+ years in a row, turned out to be the FAKEST loser you could ever meet in your life. I took really good care of his father in his last remaining months prior to his death; brought him lotsa food, clothes, and even gave him money, looked after his needs, ect. Basically all of the things that a true friend might do if your family was ever in need of help and support. After his father passed away, I even helped pay for his funeral. Then came the time when MY OWN dad died, this two-faced sonofabitch totally went 180 and kept away from me, he NEVER said a single word of condolence, nor did he even give me as much as a phone call. This was at least 2 years ago, and he still hasn't showed me that he ever cared! 15+ years of being friends together, and he acts like he NEVER even knew me! 🙄

I think to a certain degree a level social "fakeness" is necessary to get by. We can't always be our true selves, expressing our honest thoughts and feelings, without regard for situational context. In a professional setting we wear a professional mask that isn't entirely "real", and in a university classroom setting we might wear a polite social mask. How real we get depends on the situation. I think the difference with fake people is that they never stop trying to fake it, even in situations where most of us would, and they are faking more than what is normal. They are not merely wearing a professional mask or a social polite mask, but one about their very character. Most of us still stay true to ourselves even when restraining ourselves out of professionalism or politeness from expressing certain thoughts or opinions. We don't try to convince others that we are a completely different type of person.

I'm nearly 50, I've got no family, and a handful of friends. I've done so much for my friends, and there kids for years, and I dont/didn't mind. I never hear from them unless they need something. They tell me what they think I want to hear. Like, Your the only person I can rely on. Your my best friend. Etc. Over the years my friends have had many parties. I never get invited. I normally get calls at 2am asking if I can take people home due to being drunk and having no money for a Taxi. I did and have mentioned this. Then on 3 occasions, 1 getting dressed for a Christmas dinner at my friend's house. 10 before I was due to leave I got a tx saying . The turkey was off so they are going to give dinner a miss. Then I later found out 2 of her other friends turned up for dinner and a drink. In the same week we were both moving flats. I said I can help her move as I have a car and she doesn't drive. And 3 days after I was moving and we agreed she would help me. I helped her move it took 3 days. 3 bedroom flat. I was moving into a 1 bedroom flat. I didn't hear from her for 2 months. And when I saw her she said she lost her phone. When we'll I learn to walk away. I moan about it but when my friends call I am the first to offer help cos I want to help. If they offer 100% they never end up helping me etc. Why do I allow it. ???

Well, to make long story short he wanted to borrow $500. I asked him, why didn't you ask your friends or family member's? He said, he didn't want to bother them. I decline to lend him the money & he treated me like I've done him wrong. Never spoken to me since, but didn't speak to me anyway. So what else was new?😛

One sign I've leant to be wary of are those who smile too much/too broadly. While for some people it is genuine, for others they are just using their smile as a psychological tool to get people to lower their guard, trust them and warm to them more easily. Meanwhile they are busy working out how to get what they want from the interaction before they turn their fake smile off and do the discard.

People in general. Even the ones who appear chill turn out to be backstabbers. A kind person shows their sincerity when they think no one is watching.

And that's why I'm a loner. No matter how hard I try I always end up with fake people and whenever I say to them we should hang out, they go oh I'm busy. Others they'd fly off the handle for no apparant reason.

It’s best not to ever have a drink w coworkers/Friends (frenemies) you don’t trust. Listen to your gut. If fake people ask to spend time w you, you can be sure it is because they want information from you or something from you. They are manipulative users. Beware!! Also if they consistently take forever to answer your phone calls or texts, you can be 100% sure your relationship is unimportant and very low priority, contrary to what they tell you. With “friends” like this, who needs enemies?

@@halcioncocaine2096 I know from personal experience. Some coworkers hate when they see that you're doing better. I had one so called friend/coworker who was hating on my relationship. And another from a different job trying to make me look incompetent because she was trying to get a promotion...but she never did.

I cut off everyone at this point. I’m just done with them. I’d rather someone who is vocal about their sadness or things that annoy them than the fake happy person who tries to stuff everything under the rug.
