As a book lover and avid reader myself, I really enjoyed watching this video. When I saw 'The mountain is you' being the 2nd book in this video, I knew that this video would be so unique and informative. I read that book when I was struggling so much mentally. I wrote to the author (through my twitter) what I felt while reading the book and I was so happy to get a reply from her. The two books you mentioned of her are the most underrated to me. I keep on recommending those books to everyone. One book I recently read and recommend - The courage to be disliked. Thank you for being so unique and bringing us so much info to better ourself. Sorry for the long comment, I am just happy to see this video. Infact all your content brings a positive energy 💗

I’ve finished to read "Atomic Habits" lastly and I was supposed to read it since 2021 (lol) and I don’t regret it right now because I particularly clarify the why and the how I could failed or succeed to improve my habits system to aim my personal goals. The "Power of Now" will give you insight of your way you see your thoughts and beliefs and trust me sometimes I wanted to never finish to read it and the more you read it the more you discover part of yourself. Next I would love to read "Attached" and "All About Love" books because I saw it multiple of times and I am certain this is a sign. Really love your video Tam thank you ❤

Great video. But I will disagree with the point of not telling your partner what you need. Clear communications is the number one reason my 30 year marriage works. We don't play games. If he upsets me, I tell him. We work through it and move forward. Don't expect your partner to be a mind reader. Give them a chance to make things right or you could be walking away from a relationship with so much potential. Be well, everyone. ❤

I'm surprised to say I've read most of these books and they have had a big impact on the way I think. The mountain is You, The power of now and Atomic Habits are the best ones.

As someone who is introvert , has a years of trauma and mental health issues, my bf recently brought a book called the solitude code, it’s one of my favourite book after John Garry bishop,s unf**k yourself. That book literally helped me to bring my life back on line and it has such a meaningful beautiful quotes too, that feels so personal 🥹🥹🥹

Hi tam love your content Could you maybhe do a video of manifesting girl music recommendations? Also a video on how to develop charisma how to be confident but actually comfortable in the confidence (I’m a more reserved person to the core if you get me ) Also a video on how to communicate/talk better to ppl /how to ask for help correctly with things /how to remind people over and over again if they keep forgetting something that you’ve asked them to do but without you sounding rude how to speak better (that kind of sort of video w this kind of tips ) Thanks for all your work so far ❤️❤️
