I've been on a couple of executive Boeing aircraft (before delivery) and can confirm the opulence. A 707 for the Shah of Iran had a "Mecca Indicator" to allow the faithful to orient themselves properly during prayers. But a later executive 747 had not only a Mecca Indicator, but a rotating floor that always pointed toward Mecca!

Actually, it was Calderón's govenrnment who bought the mexican dreamliner and got it quite cheap, however because of the redoing of the interior the plane wasn't ready for him to use it in his tenure so Peña was the first to use it, the reason they got it cheap is that it as the 6th built, the first 10 were overweight and could not meet the performance stated in the contracts so airliners didn´t want them, in this case it was not important because the plane wouldn't carry more than 85 passengers or so instead of the large number of passengers commercial dreamliners carry, and also because it was negotiated as part of the 787 Aeromexico's 18 or so units fleet (all af them post first 10 but within the same contract), and the current populist president cannot sell it because of the financial arrangements involved in the aquisition contracts. It as a smart buy, no doubt.

Because its never been done. Donald Trump (being a business man) removed it from the latest Air Force one as a cost saving measure. It has nothing to do with it being dangerous otherwise, they would have never implemented it in the first place.

All air to air refueling is dangerous, which is why it has not been done. If it's not needed why risk the aircraft. Galaxy C5's and USAF B-52's regularly refuel in midair without issue. If there is ever an emergency of devastating proportions, not having air to air refueling could mean the difference between the life or death of the president and staff

You mentioned Motor Yacht A, but the photos were of Sailing Yacht A. I don't think you can land a helicopter on the sailing yacht.
