15 STRANGE Airport Vehicles
Ойын-сауық
Airports are some of the most important travel hubs of all, where people and cargo are loaded onto planes to travel to far-flung destinations. Making all of this possible, however, requires a huge team of staff and countless specialized ground vehicles to support flights… in order to ensure the congested schedules can be kept to, and the passenger experience is seamless. It's time to take an all access trip beyond the security cordons and onto the tarmac, as we look at the top 15 cool airport vehicles.

How are my comments often supposably Highlighted yet I never see any color?
usually, on most commertial aircraft there is a engine in the rear of the plane that is what provides power to the plane if there isn't a external generator for it to hook up to

That engine is called an APU, Auxiliary Power Unit, and is essentially a small jet turbine just like its bigger counterparts on the wings. There are pros and cons to running it, so it is a case to case base for a pilot to use the APU or rather a GPU, Ground Power Unit. We Ramp Agents hate the APU, because it is LOUD as f* and makes communication on the outside during loading super tough.
Very interesting and good 2 no. Thanks!

Neat picture, would you happen to be a lady with very long hair? I find that quite attractive, please describe it?
DCA's former gate 35x had shuttle buses.
Time for a new tv set?
The announcer refers to the place where the plane lands and area where passengers board as the tarmac It’s actually called a ramp not a tarmac
@Michael.Blackwood

You can call it either. Ramp is without doubt the most common and, I guess I'd say, most accepted "professional" word for that specific area. However you can use apron, ramp, tarmac (tarmac esp . in the U.S.) interchangeably.

My luggage went from Sydney to Melbourne then to Amsterdam while i went from Sydney to Melbourne to Abu Dhabi to Dublin. I spent a day in my male mates clothes until the airline had my luggage flown back to Dublin from Amsterdam. I would've love to have visited Amsterdam myself but my ticket was to Dublin, at least my luggage got a trip on to the drug capital of the world & i missed out!
